Was super easy to use and order the product. I wanted a custom product at a custom size with eyelits. At certain spaces and this was easy to order. This thing stops golf balls travelling >150mp with no problem

Questions were answered on phone and through online chat. The use of the product selection tool was a little awkward as I didn't see a real fit for some of the chairs.
The covers are excellent quality - fit perfectly. So much better than store bought! My order arrived early. I have already ordered again for a love seat cushion I've decided to recover.

I am moving from canvas so it is a bit of a shock to have such a slick cover and it puddles water...also didn't order drawstrings and they came anyways. Also an auto message kept coming to me about an earlier cart inquiry i made after i placed my order which was confusing - it said, you have forgotten something. AI - not that intelligent!
Excellent, impressed with the quality and the speed of service
I ordered 3 cushion covers, and from the pictures on the site, assumed they were really cushion covers, i.e. Something to re-cover my cushions. They arrived, dimensions were all correct, buy they weren't covers per se, but something you just lay over cushions, with some useless 1" zippers that did absolutely nothing. Surely whoever made these could see something wasn't right, rather than just go ahead and follow what was obviously a mistake. I contacted customer service, but after repeated emails, etc. they would not rectify this, said it was totally my mistake, and just offered a 'generous' % discount on a new order...the same discount they offer anyone. I threw these 'covers' out, not good for anything. The website is so confusing, you really have to dig deep down to get all the information, not go by their examples.
Quality is great, size is perfect, they follow up to make sure my measurement is right and gave me a suggestion.
To be honest, my only downfall was my own hubris. I should have gone with the measurements they recommended and the cover would have been absolutely perfect. The cover is still great and protects my furniture really well, but it would have looked better if I had listened to them.
The material is strong and sturdy and I'm very happy with the result. It was also delivered in a decent amount of time (I think it's important to note here that I wasn't in a hurry to receive it as I left plenty of time to receive it before Toronto's weather turned "bad").
The patterns and colours available to choose are very limited for some products that I would like to purchase.

The response from Covers & All is not true and reflective of its poor customer service. I did not change the order by phone to that height. I asked them to send transcripts from the recorded conversation, which they did, and it clearly proved I did not order that height. But, they continue to deny their error and unwillingness to resolve.

According to our investigation and records, a phone conversation regarding measurement confirmation occurred, and the measurements provided were carried out in accordance with your request. We have also provided a transcript of the conversation. Unfortunately, we were unable to find any errors in our actions. It is possible that there was a misunderstanding, as there were two separate orders with different measurements. We understand that mistakes can happen and have done our best to offer a solution—in this case, a 50% discount on the replacement of the two products. Unfortunately, there is nothing more that can be done.
