Requested a quote from them online. Heard back from them same day and placed the order for exactly what I was looking for. Called to confirm it was what I wanted and Aldo was the best helping me out!
They made the wrong size and I'm having to go through chat to resolve the issue. I provided pictures and details and the CS on chat said they'll respond in 24 hours. It's been 72 hours and I get a long emails asking me to take detailed pictures of the length to prove that it was made incorrectly. I already did that on the chat! They make it painstakingly difficult to resolve an issue. Don't expect an easy return or refund process with this company. I can understand if the mistake was mine, but it's incredibly frustrating to deal with when the issue is their fault.

I ordered a custom waterproof sunshade from Cover & All. My order was not what I expected once I installed the product. The shade does not fit properly with a significant sag in the sail and I have tightened the perimeter cable as tight as I could. I made an inquiry regarding my issue on the chat feature on the website. I was promised a response to my issue within 24-30 hours. I had no response and inquired again. I was given another assurance of a response within 24-30 hours with no response. A third attempt was made with another promise of a response. I have no certainly this will happen. This is extremely poor customer service. I did not request a timeframe for a response but Covers & All set the timeframe. I would recommend staying away from this company. If you have an issue with an ordered product this company has demonstrated they do not provide any help or assurances to customer inquires.
