I placed an order month ago which took some time to arrive but the second order was very fast and I was very satisfied.

This product is amazing! Fits perfectly. Measured my sofa and submitted true measurements on website and they arrived perfect. Chose tuff fabric. Keeps my sofas dry after lots of heavy rain. Love this product!

Overall it was a good experience as I have another cover on order. I gave it solid 4 as the only issue I had was the following. After going back and forth with measurements, the length of the cover is about 3 inches to long. I can't move the bbq with the cover on as it gets caught in the wheels. Everything else was perfect.

My wife and I recently bought a new patio set for around our fire table in the backyard. We got a really nice set which we really wanted to protect. Our friend has previously used Covers and All and we thought they looked beautiful. We followed suit, and we couldn't be happier. We were totally surprised by how interactive and thoughtful the designers were. They asked so many good questions and made fantastic suggestions to make our custom covers even better than we thought they could be. It took some back and forth to arrive at the final design, but it was time very well spent. Once confirmed, our covers were produced and shipping to us within 10 days. They shipped quick and arrived well protected for shipping. We love them, we loved the price and are very satisfied with our purchase experience. Thanks!

I am happy with my cushions. My only recommendation would be that in my opinion the tie wrap should be on the opposite side of where the zipper is if only 2 tie wraps are requested. Had I been aware of this I would have ordered 4. The zipper should be at the bottom and if the tie wrap is at the bottom the cushion just falls over. To rectify this the zipper is at the top now where you can see it. Other than that they are perfect.

Same by requiring someone to write at least 50 words here you are forcing people who don't want that to not give you any review at all. U need to change this. This is creating a bad customer experience

Super design et très bien conçu. On a commandé 2 fois :) Les livraisons arrivent rapidement, en quelques jours.

I had to go back to first page to find my savings code. Then i noticed all my specs were gone, so I re-entered them. Next i noticed that I had two orders in my shopping cart so I had to go back and delete one of the orders. Only after entering my savings code and receiving the savings code offer, I felt comfortable about placing the order. P.S. My only issue with my first purchase is the cover came with four tie downs and my fire table has five legs. The number of legs I believe I sent you came from the owners manual which showed 4 legs but the fire table that the owners manual came with has five legs. So I had to improvise!
