I have used them twice now to produce custom covers for my casino tables for my equipment rental company. They have followed my exact design and measurements and asked questions when they have had them. The product is good quality and works exactly as advertised. I will definitely use them for my next order!
I am very pleased with my product however my chat with customer service was less than acceptable. After having a discrepancy with the amount I was charged/refunded, I chatted with customer service for over 1 hour and the person on the other end could not comprehend what I was explaining. I finally gave up and requested to have management contact me. Management was able to rectify the issue for me but it was a massive waste of time and very frustrating to deal with.
I never recd conflicting emails that the order had been placed, and then was unable to create an account as I never recd the supposed email. That said, delivery was fast and an initial look of the product appear very satisfactory.

I ordered initially because the prices were great. Then after I made mistake ordering, someone was available on the chat on a Saturday night to help me fix my mistake. The person was really helpful and got my order straightened out. Then my order was delivered about a week earlier than estimated and the quality of the cushion covers is great! They're exactly the custom size I ordered and fit my old cushions perfectly. First time customer and I will definitely use them again.
Service was quick, all items are the same color/fabric and fit well.
