I was amazed that there were no instructions. I figured this out once I started putting the cover on my car. The only issue was there was no hole for the antenna. I was a little concerned that I might have made an error. The cover fit great, but was not sure what to do with the rope & grommets.
The sad part was that someone stole my cover. But the cover fit nicely and was great looking. I was surprised when I found the cover was gone. I don't think the people thought about the cover being made for my type of car.
I think your product was great and when I move, I will order another cover. Too bad the cover did no have an alarm service.

Bought a custom pontoon cover for our boat because our factory one finally dry rotted. This cover is the worst joke I have ever seen. It doesn't fit right but we used it and both times we went to pick up the boat in storage we had so much water and mildew on the carpet. It rained and the cover just puddled and leaked all over the boat. We bought the polls that they sell with the cover because we thought maybe we needed them and not our factory polls so we were in at 300.00 and the polls bend so they would not be able to hold the cover up if any weight was put on it, so we used our metal factory polls. However when it rained the straps that come with the cover stretched and pulled the cover into the boat. It looked like we had just purchased and plain old tarp and put it over the boat. Seriously I'm so upset with this its just fake reviews on their website. I can not return it now as we have had it since July and it hasn't worked out yet. We thought maybe it was us and the way we were putting it on, but no way there is no other way to do it. Its just cheap and the straps are not good quality and defiantly never buy their polls. They really do bend. You sent me a reply saying that something must be wrong with the cover. The cover is exactly what it is, just a cheaply made cover. It doesn't fit correctly and the way the straps go on is unconventional and they are so cheap that they can not hold the tarp on correctly. This cover should be able to withstand water if it rains and the straps should be good enough to hold the cover in place with the poles so the water can not puddle inside. The problem is that the straps have to go all the way under your trailer and strap to the other side. No matter how tight the straps are this engineering doesn't hold. I wish I had taken pictures to show you. I had mold all over my carpet and it was only two weeks since we had taken it out. Seriously, my boat cost way to much for this cover. Also it is not easy to put on when you have to get the straps all the way under the trailer. My son said it makes him sick and not want to boat just knowing he has to deal with this cover.
The site was super easy and the prices are great! Fit is ghood. Do yourself a favor and use the tie down in the middle. The wind blew my cover off once without it.
Their covers look good when you first get them. But my platinum didn't even last 2 yrs and they prorated the cost and only gave me 65% towards another cover which probably won't last two years either. Their covers aren't worth the money. Their warranty and service suck.

As evident by the photo(s) you sent to us and the photo you posted to your review here, the damage to your cover was caused by some sort of sharp object cutting through the cover. Damage or misuse by the customer is not covered under our written warranty, however our customer service team offered you a new cover at 65% off of the purchase price as a gesture of goodwill.
I ordered a cover for my pontoon and after 3 hours I decided it was way too long so then when I called the lady said we can send you one two foot shorter. Why give them a model number? I got an R/A number to return it about a month ago and still no credit.

I am giving 4 stars for the customer service issue. I recently purchased a boat cover online only to receive it and find out it was to large for my boat. I ordered based on the recommendations on the site. When we realized this was not going to work, it was placed back in the box for a return. I followed the steps and waited for my RMA and label. We shipped it back and waited for our refund. After a few weeks I contacted them asking status of the refund. No one contacted me. A few days later my credit card was refunded only 3/4th of the amount. I contacted them asking about the $50.00 charge. I was told the cover was damaged and had a spot with grease, I became furious. There was no way, this cover was laid on my 2012 glastron MX185 w/ platform and immediately removed and placed back in the box once realized it wouldn't fit. It wasn't out of the box long enough for dirt let alone damage or grease. I have a inboard at that. The customer service was great! They listened to my concerns and refunded the fee. I am frustrated that I was not told of this and should of been. But the end result it was refunded to me. As for the cover, even though we couldn't use it, it seemed to be of strong lasting materials.
Bought a cover that stated online that it was a two layer cover. I got the cover and it is one layer with some sort of second layer you cannot see. I am guessing some sort of spray. Seemed to be false advertising to me. Web site clearly shows two layers. I pointed it out to them that it seems like false advertising. They took back the cover, took three weeks to do the credit and charged me for shipping. They clearly falsely advertise their products!
Hello! The cover you purchased is, in fact, two layers. During production of the fabric, the two layers are heated and pressed to create a strong, long-lasting cover. The layers are combined using thousands of pounds of pressure through a roller. Additional features that make our covers stand out are ultrasonically welded seams, triple stitching, and double sewn wear points. All of our covers are accurately described on our site.

I bought their top of the line cover Dec 2017 and by March 2019 it was already tearing up like paper. Don't waste your money I'm looking for another

Ok - went through the process of selecting year boat and model - purchased their premium cover at $200. Fit at the stern but not the Bow, and hung over the sides of the boat by? 2-3 feet each side.
Left it on for about 2 weeks trying to decide if I could live with it - decided to send back - company sent a RMA (return material authorization) and a week later noticed a credit to my paypal account which was $70 less then what I paid.
Spoke to a women up front who said cover was stained and they had to deduct for the damage.
It was on the boat for two weeks - my premium cover fades in two weeks?
I purchased another cover on Amazon for 1/2 the money and it fit perfectly.

We have a generous return policy of 30 days from the date the customer receives the cover. When a customer receives a cover that does not fit, we ask that they call us and we exchange for an item that will fit - mistakes do happen. We do not charge any restocking fees unless a cover is returned damaged or excessively soiled. This item was returned to us after being used for two weeks in the rain and weather, therefore being severely soiled. If customer had contacted once they realized cover did not fit, the situation would have been resolved without any additional fees.
Received cover in a timely fashion. Cover seems cheap and thin in design. Not exactly form-fitting, hope it will last.

Answer: Eric, our covers are safe to use on all boats! Our instructions state that colorfastness should be tested on new boats where the vinyl may still be off-gassing from the factory. Additionally, some cleaning compounds can cause reactions, so testing colorfastness is recommended prior to permanent use. It sounds like there is definitely an issue with your cover, which we'd be happy to address and correct. When water sits in a cover, it creates an immense pressure due to the weight that can cause seams to break, poles to bend, etc. 20 gallons of water weighs more than 160 lbs! That would be like having someone walk across the cover. Please reach out to us if the cover is not performing as advertised if the water is kept off of the cover via poles and correct installation.
