I ordered a cover for a 1969 C-10 step side and it did not come close to fitting. Tried putting it on and it was so tight it spilt at the seams. Would not recommend buying one.

We received our shipment on time. Our overall experience with Cover Anything was very pleasant and customer service were very helpful and polite. Unfortunately my experience with the UPS delivery man was another matter. I had paid my C.O.D. Charges on line on May 31 and it was posted to my visa on June 3rd. My parcel arrived on June 5 and the UPS man said there were COD charges due. I showed him my receipt and authorized number and email to show that it was already paid. He called the office and said they did not receive my payment and therefore he could not do anything else for me. He was very rude and would not even look at my receipt stating that he was very busy and had other clients to serve. I ending up giving him my visa card again since this was a Birthday gift for my husband and I didn't want to have to wait for another delivery date. I immediately called UPS BROKERAGE when he left and spoke with a representative name Jane who apologized and said she would sent a message to cancel the second payment for the C.0.D duty charges.
I've been asked to rescind or edit my previous review in a more positive light in exchange for having my restocking fee refunded. I chose to update instead. Thank-you to *, the customer service manager, for refunding my restocking fee, "as a courtesy". I am grateful. I was reminded that the website does say "semi-custom", so take that for what it's worth. As for the reason I did not originally receive my restocking fee refund, it was determined that I had gotten grease stains on the inside of the cover as a result of my several attempts to make the cover fit around the outboard motor. *, the online review manager offered to make the pictures of the stains public on my review for all to see. Perhaps he will follow through on that "offer" so potential buyers can see the result of an ill-fitting cover. A special kudos goes out to * in customer service. She was as helpful as she could be, and she followed through on everything she said she would.

Dear Mr. E, it is rare that we ship a cover that does not fit - either through our error, customer aftermarket additions to their boat, etc. I do apologize that you received an item that did not fit. You are correct, our covers are packaged in cardboard boxes. They do include full instructions, and the insert does explain the manufacturer's warranty period. The item SKU was identified on the side of the box, as well as tags located on the cover itself. As a company, we try to limit the use of needless paper that just ends up in your local landfill. We did charge you a restocking fee, as clearly explained in our return policy, due to the cover being returned with several prominent areas of dirt and oil. We never charge restocking fees if the cover is returned relatively clean and undamaged. Once you reached out to us to express your disappointment with the restocking fee, we immediately refunded it to your payment method, with the hope that your issue was resolved. It is our goal, and is very important to us, to make every customer's interaction with our company a positive one - I am sorry we failed you in this regard.
I am not happy with CoverAnything.com. I purchased the ShoreFit Platinum 1200 to fit my 2016 Tracker Proteam 175TF, expecting a cover with which I could trailer my boat over the long haul. It did not fit my boat as advertised, and it will not fit any boat like mine. I think the product description was misleading, and the "Satisfaction Guarantee" is hoax. The cover was shipped, stuffed in a cardboard box. Included in the box with the cover was the "free" storage bag, the storage pole I had added to the order, and a sheet of paper with a sad excuse for installation instructions. No packing list or any other such thing was included in the box. There was no identifying label or tag showing that the product I received was what I ordered. There was no warranty card or any other such thing in the box(as was mentioned in a previous review response), and I don't even know for sure if I got the cover that I ordered. That all seems somewhat odd. Makes me wonder if I was the original purchaser of this cover. When I called customer service to ask about the lack of paper in the box, the gal sounded unsure and told me that was the way the covers are shipped. So, after "trying on" the cover, I returned it, along with the storage pole, all packed the way it arrived, expecting a full refund. Wrong again! 20% restocking fee...$50 down the drain! I see Cover Anything has plenty of satisfied customers, but, they can count me out and anyone else on the boating and fishing forums that might ask for a boat cover referral. To say I'm disillusioned by this whole buying experience would be an understatement, and I honestly hope I am in the minority.

After searching and evaluating all of the boat cover companies online, as well as comparing the pricing of my local Mastercraft Dealership, I chose to purchase from CoverAnything.com. I am very happy with my decision as the agents there were very helpful and responsive. At purchase, it has been a good experience. Although the bulk of the experience with your company will be based on product quality/value, and most of all service (if necessay) after the sale.
After receiving the product (boat cover) I was not satisfied with the fit. With that, I opted to return the cover. The return process was easy and I promptly received credit. As I continue my search for a boat cover that fits better I will again look to CoversAnything for options.

A very informative & detailed website. My delivery was as promised in a secure package. A suggestion - I ordered the 'Cable Lock Kit' and ' Gust Guard'...an included written instructions for installation for these would have been helpful. I emailed the CA Help Desk requesting same and a VERY timely response was received.

Additionally, some cleaning compounds can cause reactions, so testing colorfastness is recommended prior to permanent use.
