Easy to use website. Drop downs make things much easier to find what you're looking for. When I installed the new boat cover I found the fit was very poor. Much to large for my boat even though the web site stated fit to this boat. First rain I noticed the cover already had a small tear in the fabric. After patching from the inside I also noticed water coming through the fabric in many places. I removed the new cover and went back to the ten year old sunbrella cover.
Shipping is good but you should put a lesser value on the custom paper cause the shipping company

I received it quickly, but the only thing is that I never got an e-mail receipt of update, so I really didn't know when it was coming or if you even got the order.
The shipping cost for returning the cover is hidden in the fine print, if I would have known this I would have contacted a customer support person to make sure the cover was the right one instead of using the website. The second cover looks great and fits great.
Not what I expected. Description of cover and appearance differed in that there is no backing on cover. I returned cover and had to pay shipping which was deducted from refund. Not happy about that with an item sight unseen.
CoverAnything is marketed well. The products seem appealing. The ordering is easy. A product arrived quickly, though duty across the border was more than $60. But it was extremely generic. I could have just as easily purchased something similar at Walmart for half the price. And the quality wasn't much better either. I bought a boat cover ('Platinum') rated for travel, but the poor fit created a parachute effect that stressed the soft plastic clips. When they slipped open, which became easier and easier to do, the effect was, of course, worse, and pulled apart at the seams. With modification, including replacement of the built-in straps with bungee cords, it is somewhat usable. But still not great.
I tried to contact CoverAnything twice. Once about the poor fit, and once about the wind damage, but received no reply. I finally got this automated feedback request about a month past the potential return date. The fine print makes the return procedure a waste of money anyway, had that been my goal.
That was my last purchase from this company. Save your money. Buy a cheap tarp and cover whatever yourself.
I am very happy with the boat cover, my concerns is, and I have left messages both email and phone and no one has returned any communications. My concerns i that I purchased the higher end cover, 12 year warranty, although we in was delivered... Made in China, with a paper stating a 1 year warranty. This is very confusing for me.

I received my car cover on time and just as described on the site.Keeps rain out, dries out quick and is light weight.This was a great buy.
Very easy to place the order. It shipped and was delivered on time. The cover fit perfect in every was except the bow of the boat. The fabric was way longer in the bow area than the rest of the cover. I thought it would fit perfectly since the cover was made for the size and model of my boat. If you're really interested I can furnish pictures.
