Once he found my information, he saw there was no activity on my account for over a year, so he just cancelled my membership and refunded my money! Easy as that! Normally to get refunds like this you have to yell, get mad and throw a fit. I didn't even really have to ask, he just did it for me! This is not the actual solution to the problem but a quotation of how much the tutorial services cost.
