All I had to do was forward my email receipt and literally about 3 hours later I got a confirmation that my cash back was processed. I checked my account and sure enough, there it was. So quick and easy, no hassle, no gimmicks, no "small print" you have to worry about. Very upfront and truthful, they do exactly what they say they will do and in a very timely manner. One of the best if not the best website out there for earning actual cash back on everyday purchases the more you purchase through their website the higher your rank goes and you can receive an additional maximum of up to 10% of your cash back amount as an additional add-on on top of your already great percent back!

For example if you were to purchase some clothing from a store that they are partnered with and they offer you 10% back on that purchase, a $100 purchase get you $10 back plus the extra highest tier up to 10% back would be on that $10 so that would be 10% of your cashback of $10 which is $1 so you get a total of $11! One of the best programs out there not to mention they pay relatively quicker than most other sites that offer similar types of incentives such as cash back or points systems that you even used to purchase gift cards but this is by far the best sight out there!

The best coupons and sales that you can find out there. You do have to follow the rules/guidelines for the cash back. Like you can't return even part of an order or you forfeit the cash back. At this point today, I've received over $150 back and have another $150 waiting for the return window to close. Its easy to use!
I did have a problem and contacted the customer service who fixed the problem so quickly and in my favor even though I found out it was my fault in the end.

I used to have a glowing review of CouponCabin, but, then something happened with them. After being a loyal customer for YEARS, they decided to close my account. They, like many others, told me there was weird activity on my account. I had to scan my license to them to prove it was me. After I did that, that is when they decided to close it. What they did with my scanned license, I do not know. When I asked to prove they deleted it, they said they would no longer communicate with me. If anyone wants to start up a class action for privacy issues, count me in. BeFrugal wins.

I received thE $75 off $75 for GNC. First time. So I tried to set up Direct Deposit with Coupon Cabin and they asked me to send my driver licenses for verification purposes and I did. Now they have deactivated my account and told me that they will send me a one time courteous check for $8. I'm not understanding so I am refunding my purchased items with GNC. Please do not use coupon cabin. They do not honor what they say and blocked me told me that could no longer receive messages from my account.

Overall, I am very happy with Coupon Cabin. It has gleaned me cash-back from many sites I have purchased goods and services from. The only annoying part is the way in which it interacts with the sites once you have went to them, log in to the site and then have Coupon Cabin, "Enable Cash Back" pop up as well as coupons and promotions from the store (site) you are visiting. This has affected my checkout process on occasion. Overall though, Coupon Cabin has worked and I have seen cash in my PayPal account several times. Thank you.

I recently reviewed my account, saw I have $5 pending (you don't get paid until you reach $7). I realized I never received an additional $26 that I was supposed to receive.

I emailed CC. They hit me back within an hour to tell me my gift card (the method of payment I chose) was emailed to me on 3/7. The gave me the name of the address it came from. Didn't ID as coming from CC, so it probably went into spam. Since I routinely scan my spam, then delete it all, that's what I probably did.

I wrote back to CC with the above info. Next a.m., there was the link to my $26, with instructions on how to apply it to Amazon. Could not have been easier.

I was initially skeptical of CC after reading of people not getting their money. I have received all bonuses and 'try us out' bonuses, and have always been paid.

I'm a happy camper!
