I have used CouponCabin for a few months and have already collected $20 and another $27 on its way. I saw some reviews about bad customer service, I haven't contacted their customer service as there is nothing for me to contact them for.

I love this site. I'm already shopping anyway. I installed an extension to my chrome browser and it will come one if I'm shopping a site that has cash back. Plus, you can go to the site and find lots of coupons that actually work. You do have to pay attention because some deal posts do not come with cash back. If you do use a cash back deal, you get the cash added to your account. Once a quarter, CouponCabin deposits the cash into your chosen account. I use Chase Pay. It is real money. Love this site (and the app too).
Works most the time, but there are some scams out there that they don't honor. Don't expect much customer service when things don't work either.

I love coupon cabin its so easy to use and there is always great cash back deals. The customer service department is also amazing i had to email them for missing cash back and they added it to my account the same day!
I also use Ebates, so I like to supplement Coupon Cabin when they have better cash back percentage on certain sites. I had an issue with my PayPal being tied to other coupon accounts, no matter what I did I couldn't detach it. The rep took care of it! So happy with my service.
I love using CouponCabin to find additional online discounts and you can accumulate rebates in cash for using them. At first I thought it was a hoax until recently I received almost $30.00 in cash! Loved it
I keep buying through them and they give you cash back on time. They credit the cash back within 1 or 2 days and they allow you to track them as well, they are very transparent. I like the fact that they don't have a minimum cash limit. They pay to my PayPal which is very convenient. I like them and they are best.
This is great site to use prior to shopping online. The cash back offers are usually very generous... the savings add up. I always be sure to check out couponcabin when I need to purchase something online.

The website is legitimate. The cashback usually shows on the account very quickly. Even almost instantly. Although, depending on the offer, you won't get the actual money for a long time because they want to make sure you don't return what you bought, I believe.
I joined Couponcabin years ago and use it every time I shop online. Super easy to use and now they send the cashback quicker than they used to. Customer service is great too, very fast in their response.
Amazing money back site with great deals and REAL savings. There are not infinite errors that result in needing customer support but when you do customer support is super responsive, kind, and effective. Out of all of the cashback apps and sites, CouponCabin continues to be the one I am most loyal to and derive the most benefit.

Before I shop online at a store, I always check first to see if it is listed on CouponCabin. I have always received a check for the amounts that are listed in my account. Try it. You will like it and become a repeat customer.
I love using this app and receiving cash back for things I would buy anyway. The turnaround is quick and they respond very timely to questions about missing cash back. They inform you regularly about open cases too.
I also like that you can set cash back thresholds for the amount you would like to hit before receiving payments.

I just got my first cash back. Yay! $20 bucks put on an Amazon Card to spend there as I requested. You have a few choices on how to get your cash back. I chose the Amazon gift card. Anyhow, I am very happy with this arrangement. One thing... there are a lot of rules about what you can and can not get cash back on so, you want to get familiar with them before thinking something went wrong with the website as I did a few times. But, customer care was so kind and helpful to this "newbie" so, kudos to them.
I accidentally found coupon cabin cash back program when searching for a GanderMountain coupon, I ended up signing up and got a 25% cash back for first time user. I was skeptical since I have never seen 25% cash back from a coupon site before, usually it's 15% max and only for a few selective sites. I decided to give couponcabin a try, bought a fishing reel for $139 and 3 months later I got $28 back in my paypal.
The only thing negative is you have to wait 90 days while some other similar sites only make you wait 30 or 60 days.
If one considers themselves to be a savvy online shopper, then adding coupon cabin is a no brainer.
It's the easiest, highest paying cashback site that I have ever used. Also, their customer service is top notch
