The purchase process was easy and the kayak was delivered next day as promised. The GoPlus kayak is a great item - lightweight but robust and it paddles well.

Terrible customer service that do not know consumer rights. I was sent a faulty item, missing screws and damaged. I sent evidence via pictures of the damage and the customer service agent called Gemma was very rude by accusing us of causing the damage by using it. Number 1. There are screws missing, number 2. Even if it was used it shouldn't have caused damage to the item in such a short space of time, so either way the item is faulty, but they don't accept this at all. I have requested a refund or a replacement alternative item, and all I get is snarky unprofessional replies like no refund is guaranteed until we have inspected it. Just WOW. You provide a faulty item, and then try and act like the customer is in the wrong just to avoid providing a refund. When you call up, if youre lucky to get your call answered, they will just say whatever to get you off the phone "yes your email will be replied to promptly" or "we will escalate this matter to head office"
So many reviews here have said they have not received their refunds, this is definitely a scam company. AVOID.

My order arrived quickly and I put it to work the next day it works perfectly I am very impressed with it the choice of two Cube sizes is very useful.

The loungers arrived in 2 separate deliveries, on 2 different days.
