Great air conditioning unit well built and fast cooling and not to loud quieter than expensive ones was very surprised as price is very low for a high btu unit would definitely recommend

Item could not be delivered to IOM so customer services spoke with DHL for me to see if they could collect the parcel and keep it at a depot near to Liverpool so I could pick it up. I was in Liverpool on 28th April at the hospital with my son so was able to go and pick it up in person.
