Overall it was good except for the delivery. The courier said the parcels where in Ontario and the next day it showed up at the house. Not good for planning

THE ICE MAKER MAKES ICE. IT IS COLD. WE ENJOY HOW THE ICE COOLS OUR DRINKS. IF WE WERE TO BE REALLY CRITICAL ABOUT THINGS, IT WOULD BE HOW TO CLEAN THE MACHINE. THERE ISN'T REALLY A GREAT DESCRIPTION ON HOW TO CLEAN IT AND WHAT TO USE AND HOW OFTEN TO DO SO.

They arrived on time and all pieces were included. Assembly was a bit difficult for the first one, but after that it went quite smoothly, especially when I started using my own Allen wrench.
It took too long to ship the item, system showed "label created" for about 5 days before actually shipping

I did had a minor issue with the tracking and Beryl from customer service provided a exaptational customer care and was on top the issue until I received my package.
Ordering was straightforward though the site was a little "laggy". Order arrived ahead of the expected shipping date. No issues with the quality of the product that arrived- as expected.

I had never shopped at Costway before and I'm glad I did- I got the exact product I wanted at the very best price and shipping was fast! That's a win-win I"d say.
The product arrived around 2 weeks. The UPS website couldn't track the package when I tried to check it. Until I found out that the package was shipped from the US.
