This is the 2nd time I have ordered from this company and will be ordering again after my eye exam. I have been very pleased with the progress and will continue to use this company for my family's eye car needs.
The ordered frame is nice, the delivery fast. For delivery to Germany came a small tax in addition. However, the glasses did not fit exactly, maybe because of the metric system in Europe (even I have stated the correct values). Furthermoore, the logo was printed at the bottom of the glasses which could not be removed. I had to put in new glasses in Germany.
All other experience was fine.
Everything went very well. I had a small issue with my internet while placing the order and I called the customer service to advise them. They were very kind and professional and they solved my problem in just a few minutes.
So far so good. They are lightweight and the tint is fun.
I was a but skeptical about this website and buying from sites but when I got my vesace glasses frames in the mail after 2 weeks, I see they are legit. Definitely going to buy from here for glasses

So far this is the 3rd time I have purchased these frames (light tortoise and red tortoise) frames from Cool Frames; They are still in great condition, but my prescription changed and wanted to keep them. Cool Frames delivered them faster than contact lenses from optometrist and cost of the frames were was much less, otherwise I wouldn't have bought new frames. Thank you Cool Frames.Your'e the best

It was easy to order and the price was reasonable. No complicated procedures to place and order or receive.
I took a chance and ordered frames without lenses to Canada. They were delivered in about 2-3 weeks without any surprise inflated brokerage fees. UPS often adds $50+ in brokerage fees. From the tracking number, it looked like they were being delivered by UPS but arrived with USPS stickers and delivered I think by Canada Post. The frames themselves were a little twisted but my optician was able to straighten them.
They fit very well and will recommend them.
