Customer Service was Exceptional and very helpful. My order was incomplete when it arrived and they shipped the missing item promptly. I couldn't give a 5 star review as the original shipping took way too long (it was over a week before the product was even shipped) and it was missing part of the order. In addition, the Oakley frames didn't not include an authencity certificate which is very frustrating because that's what made me decode to order from Cool Frames to begin with. I can only hope they are legit.

I did a search and quickly found the frames I was searching for.

I have previously owned two pairs of Outshine Avalon Parade sunglasses; one turquoise and tortoise shell color and the other are black-and-white. The sunglasses I received are smaller in size and inferior in quality compared to the others I have. I suspect this is a cheap knock off product. I will not order from Cool Frames again

These are the same exact frames I saw at the eye doctors, but they were almost $150 cheaper. Also, they offered free shipping to where I am in Alalska, which is why I picked this company.

Love the frames, exactly as advertised, arrived on time!

After being told by my optometrist and having no luck with another one that my frames for my safety glasses were no longer available, i found them on Cool Frames website. Onguard OG095 safety glasses, i took a chance and ordered them in the size i needed, the old frames were to worn but the lens's are still current in perfect shape. A couple of weeks went by and i thought my money was gone but then they showed up. Exactly as i ordered, i transferred my lens's to the new frames and they went in perfectly. The glasses are great, i love this style, the only thing i was a little let down on is the didn't come with side shields as safety glasses should but i had spare new shields from my other glasses. I would definitely order from them again in the future.

The glasses turned out very nicely and I am very pleased with them. Unfortunately the delivery didn't go as well as I had hoped due to the actions of an employee of the U.S. Postal Service. He was supposed to deliver the glasses to me at my residence since the delivery instructions stated that a signature was required. He dropped them in our mailbox at a central location in our neighborhood and provided the signature himself even misspelling my name. When I caught up with him and asked why he didn't deliver the glasses to me and obtain my signature, he said that he was just being lazy. That's what you get from the USPS.

Easy took less than 8 minutes from start to finish! A couple of weeks later i had my glasses in hand fully satisfied. Look forward to purchasing my next pair soon

The experience was super easy, received my glasses super fast. My prescription was right glasses size was exact like I wanted, will definitely get all my glasses here.

It took longer than expected for the frames to ship from NYC. I was offered a discount because of the delay but didn't see it processed.
