As a first time buyer of on-line prescription glasses (with any vendor) i was worried i would end up with a nice pair of frames but glasses that would be slightly off in some way. I placed my order and uploaded my prescription - super simple. In less than 24 hrs i got a call from coolframes with a couple questions. Instantly i felt better about the experience and purchase. Great service means asking questions to get things right... and that's what they did - get things right.

About a week later my glasses came and they were exactly what i wanted.

I lost my glasses in the West Texas wind one day on my way home from work and my FAVORITE frames and lenses were ruined. Cool Frames repaired my glasses for me and I am SO THANKFUL! I don't know what I'd do without these frames and maybe I should order a backup pair of the same style now that I know how dependent I am on them LOL!

The agent who helped me place my order, Tamra was fantastic! She was quick with an insurance estimate, answered my questions about transition color options, and even gave me a discount to make ordering through Cool Frames more competitive.
The ordering service was great. However, it took longer than I expected to receive my new glasses. The lab service was slow.

I ordered from the UK and added my recent prescription. The website ordering was easy and I was able to go back and forth testing variations. The price was very reasonable even with the shipping from the US (and the discount code).
I'd read and seen a review of the Smilen Captain America... to be honest I don't think this reviewer had ever bought or worn glasses before so it wasn't very a representative review... shame it's the only one.
Very pleased and a complete change to what I had before (Harry Potter/John Lennon wire frames).

Postage took a while but that was to be expected. Maybe a bit more comms on delivery but otherwise very pleased, thank you Cool Frames.

I really like my eyeglasses. Only thing is the one side of the lens where they popped it into the frame kinda messed up the frame a bit. Not too happy about that considering I spent $500. Not sure what could even be done about that now so thats why I deducted a star

Sunnies are nice, wish they were tinted a little darker, I chose the darkest option but still a little light. Customer service is top notch, had a great experience with them.

I ordered glasses without anti-reflective coating on the lenses and didn't realize that it also provided some clarity of sight. Cool frames was good about retrofitting my frames, but I had to pay for the new lenses. It would have been nice to just pay the difference between what I wanted and what I originally ordered.

I broke my original frames. I logged in to Cool Frames. Put in the original frame numbers and the site took me right to what I needed to replace them. Easy check out. Great site. Thank you Cool Frames

Received the replacement clip on sunglasses that I ordered and they fit perfectly.
