Bad veggies
November 8, 2021

This past week I had five meals. Four out of five had broccoli, it was so bad, it had to be thrown out. It smelled of cigarettes, very nasty. Please cancel my subscription.

I have tried many types of subscription boxes from snack and candy to meals both pre-prepared and prepared by me and CookUnity is the absolutely best one I've tried. They offer great deals to try out their service but this review isn't about prices. It's about quality chef-prepared food that's tailored to many kinds of diets from keto to vegetarian. I've been using their service over a month now and I'm amazed at the high quality of the ready-to-serve meals that they prepare. Good choices of protein are offered and the sides offered not only match the protein but are incredibly flavorful and good to eat. They have a number of chefs that prepare what seems to be small-batch entrees that are packed in a biodegradable tray and are shipped in a insulated box (not Styrofoam!) with ice gel packs to keep it cold until you receive it the next day. This is a weekly meal delivery service that also offers an option to skip or pause your deliveries as needed. They are quick and generous to fix any mistakes (only one for me)and respond quickly to support questions. Also you have a choice of how many meals you want each week. I think it's generally 6 -12 (I went with 12)and additional options are available for sides and meals as you wish with an additional charge which is posted very clearly on the website. And shipping is free. What's not to like? Kudos to CookUnity for providing great gourmet meals!
