If you are going to feature cajun food on this channel, seek out real Cajuns and authentic cajun food/recipes prepared by Cajuns. Anything east of the Atchafalaya basin is not cajun, that is creole. Lafayette to Jennings to Ville Platte areas are true Cajuns. The crap recipes that people are passing off as cajun is offensive to my culture. Especially when it is from someone who is not local to the ares I listed above. Leave cajun food to real Cajuns.

Another signal of odd music overrides the cooking channel often. When this happens, either turn the volume completely down or change channels. This override turns a good program and should be stopped. I am on Dish Network and don't know if it is their problem or not.

Very good cooking site. I have seen this a site a number of times.
I have at various times over the past two months tried to establish an account but after tonights fiasco ( over 2 hrs) I give up. If you want me you make the proper calls and arrangements to sign me up. Theres lots of cookin show on my networks
This is the website for the Cooking Channel. My cable service provider just recently added Cooking Channel to their lineup. I have only been watching it since early May, 2011, and I enjoy it. I started using their website last week. Now I love their website, and I recommend their website to everyone who loves to cook and entertain. I am impressed with the many wonderful videos and helps available there.
