Great customer service and fast shipping. The prices are lower than anywhere else. Even though they charge a processing fee, their prices still come out lower in the end. Hey have multiple ways of shipping depending on how quickly you need your products. I shipped overnight and the bottom line was still less than anywhere else.

I ordered last minute, I want to say within a weeks notice, because I ran out of contacts for my wedding. Was pretty sure I was going to end up holding on to my old pair but received the new box way sooner then I thought. Got to walk down the aisle with fresh lenses!
I had listed the wrong shipping address. Customer Service sent out a new package to my correct address at no extra costs! I would use them again due to their kindness in this matter.

The contacts are fine. But for the first time I had to sign for the package. I was unaware and seeing as I work all day. They were almost sent back. If we must sign for the package you should make that clear at time of purchase. So we can make other arrangements or buy from somewhere else
Less one star, only because you do not know your actual total until the end when the processing fee is added.

To have a service fee that is almost as much as the product is disingenuous.:-(

They always what I need, it's always in stock. The website could use an update.
Lenses were delayed delivery. Company communicated with me. When the lenses were supposed to arrive I was notified it was in back order
