A price is quoted then you get to cart. Adding a processing fee is very misleading then on top of that they add shipping. You'd think paying a $40 plus processing fee on top of contacts that would include shipping. Will not reorder again from here.

We have an explanation of the processing fee starting on the product page under the cost per box. It states "this item is on sale and not eligible for any coupon a processing fee will apply". If you click on the "read more" it will explain the fee and the price per box. There are also explanations on each step of the checkout. I thought that the shipping cost was way too much for just one box of 6 lenses. $12.95

Fast easy ordering. However, one box was the wrong Rx. Customer service was great, however, overnighting the correct Rx.
Your website is not as intuitive and easy to navigate as 1-800-Contacts, but your prices are much better.

They send contacts other than the ones I paid for and were on my order
I like that they/you explain the crazy handling fee. I checked other websites, and there are all kinds of crazy gimmicks. Thanks for admitting you are playing the game.
