My recent experience with Contact Lens King. They say 100% Satisfaction guarantee, however I was not happy with mine and because I tried one of the contacts in the box (how else would I know if I would be satisfied or not?) they will not accept returns. The lenses are blurry and have a ring/shadow around them when in. I wouldn't even feel safe walking, much less driving. These were my prescription lenses so I asked to return, but they would not. Hence this honest and accurate review, very disappointing.
Have not started to use these yet as I am using up some older ones. This will be my first experience wearing ones from you but have had same lens from another company. So don't foresee any problems.

I don't usually write reviews but I felt like this deserves it. Overall great experience, but figuring out tracking for the order was a little difficult - as a suggestion, maybe try to make it more accessible? Showing up at my door was a surprise due to this; but, it came in a sturdy little box and came with a surprise free contact storage container. This is the only site that carries contacts with my DIA and BC, and they come at a great price. Easy to order, reasonable shipping.

Fast, easy, straightforward. Good explanation for the fee - and obviously it works because the initial cheaper price was why I came to the website. Unfortunate that it's necessary, but I appreciate the trust in customers to understand.
Shipping was fast, order was just a described. Took a day to get use the contacts but I have no irritation on the second day. Don't notice them at all which is something I really struggled with in the past.
I am very disappointed that my package of contacts did not include a free contact case. I know it's minor and shouldn't assume but for over 25 years of ordering and receiving contacts with other companies I've always received cases and solution.
Contacts have been on backorder the last few times we have ordered, but once in they ship quickly. A little disappointed there is never a "good" discount for recurring customers like the good deals for new customers. That would be a great addition instead of the random 10% off right after you order contacts that will never get used.

Easy to navigate website. It took about 20 days from the time I ordered to receive the contacts. I would have appreciated more than one email about a delay, for example a second email to say we are still working on your order. I did call customer service to make sure my order wasn't forgotten and they were very helpful! Overall a great experience just took a star off for needing to call them to check in.

Good service. A but finicky with my existing prescription and had to get a new one to order new contacts, but in the end I was happy with the service. Admittedly, I was disappointed to see almost $100 added to my order in additional charges. I read the disclaimer explaining that "everyone else is doing it", but just because others are superfluously inflating prices, doesn't mean CLK needs to. If you chose a reasonable added cost that made you profitable, without simply trying to match others, people would flock to your service. That said, you were the same or slightly lower than your competitors in price and the service was fine. Will certainly consider using you again.
Choose ContactLensKing.com because my previous supplier decided to play games and completely hide the bogus "processing fee" until the moment you click the process payment button. The fee never appears in the cart and the "subtotal" on the credit card entry screen doesn't show the charge.
With ContactLensKing.com they had a very clear easy to find FAQ explaining the ridiculous tactic first implemented by others, and that they must necessarily play the same game or not get internet traffic.
They are clear about the charge and don't hide it. All that said, the overall cost is in line with other discount internet contact suppliers, and THEY DON'T LIE.

I ordered contacts and asked them to contact my Dr. for the prescription. They did not get the prescription from my doctor. They will not take them back. They send out prescriptions without checking with doctors. Now I have contacts that I can not wear and they will not refund or replace

Well I did order my contacts and I did receive them. On April 14th but now I see that you're trying to take $129 out for another two boxes of contacts that I already called and y'all said that it did not go through so that's why I ordered again and got my contacts. Now I am overdraft. Is there a way you can stop processing and put my money back in the bank.
I've had a great experience w/ this US based company. Competitive pricing & a streamlined online ordering process. The last order I placed in the afternoon (on a Thursday PM) & I had received my shipping confirmation the next morning (Friday PM).

I used 2 day shipping for an order placed on 1/3/23. There was no indication that I needed to be present to sign for the delivery by selecting the higher priced shipping option for 2 day. UPS made the first attempted delivery on 1/10 which was a week after I placed my order, they did not leave feedback that I needed to be present to sign. After 2 more failed attempts the UPS statement said it was being returned to the sender. I spent 2 hours on the phone total with UPS and went to their customer service center 3 times before I was actually able to get my package on 1/16/23.

At the time of your order, you did select UPS 2 Day shipping. Unfortunately, we do not know it is signature required until the order hits our warehouse and a label is generated where UPS tells us it has to go signature required due to the amount. Once the products leave our warehouse with any carrier service Contact Lens King is not responsible for any carrier delays or any issues that may arise with their company trying to deliver your packages. I had problems with my debit card after moving, wrong zip code. It took 3 tries at ordering before finally getting the right zip code and each time the people at Lens King were very nice and helpful. I received the order very, very fast, so fast, in fact that I didn't know what the package was when it arrived because I didn't expect it that quickly and it was exactly what I ordered. They even spelled my last name right! I will continue to order from them. Very pleased!

Answer: Price. I wish I had checked product review sites because they have excellent reviews overall. The one I chose first had a very slightly lower price but the experience was horrible and I had to cancel my order. Their overall reviews reflect this kind of service.
