Looking into you order, I see you placed the order outside of normal business hours and entered your doctors information for us to send a fax verification request. Per Federal Law we have to allow the doctors office 8 business hours to respond before we can fill the order as entered online by the customer. In your case, your doctors office did not respond and we filled your order as you entered. I do see our customer service department advised you of our return policy and are only able to return the unopened and not marked on boxes. As stated on your invoice: please check your prescription against what was sent before opening any boxes incase a return needs to be processed. I do see return instructions were sent to you via email to return the 2 unopened/not marked on boxes for a refund once we receive the product. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.
It took 3 weeks for lenses to arrive! Staff gave me the run around every time I called. I canceled the order then they sent them anyway.
