I read these reviews. Everything seemed fine. I picked two zip codes and ended up putting $400 into this. I got calls from other zip codes. One was not even in Minnesota. The refunds got rejected. NO explanation. Many of the calls were presented with no person on the other line and no information besides their phone number. I tried to call these leads numerous times. I do think they were fake. It was so sad and disappointing. Do not use this lead company. Poor leads, poor system, poor customer service. After you cancel they do not care about the last four calls you have coming in. Those were the worst, not even a person on the line or the call was transferred to you for 2 seconds only. You have to cancel before your funds are gone so there was no other option.

100% scam

They talk a good talk and that's it. The leads are total crap and they won't reimburse you any money back. I tried to cancel this over 6 weeks ago, and just now got a call back from Cain, telling me credits will be in leads. What don't you get... I don't want your leads. Stay away from this company! Not one sale.

My only lead company now!

I have dropped all other lead companies since using ContactAbility. Troy Gala is great! I get real time qualified leads, worth the extra money. Other companies send old, bad leads, and then fight you on refunding you. Not ContactAbility-The return process is easy and hassle free.

Really good warm transfer leads, better than all the other lead companies I've tried. Best thing about them is the service and the fact that they don't give you a hard time when requesting credit when you do get a bad lead.

Don't waste your money. If you BUY these leads you will get- bad phone numbers, people that don't know why you are calling them and a company that even admitted errors in disclosing everything to me when I first signed up. To all my insurance agent competitors- use Contactability- you will be so tied up trying to work their leads and frustrated- I will have time to work the leads you can't get to.

Jeff misrepresented Contactability. They are not approved vendors of our company. His back office was supposed to call me at 2pm Friday. They didn't call until the following Thursday. Voice mails left for Jeff have gone unanswered. I paid the $250 deposit and I will chalk that up as a lesson learned. I'm glad to not waste any more energy on it.

Multiple issues with this company. Everything I was told essentially ended up being a lie. From the cost of the leads to the quality, all of it was garbage. I did the $500 purchase and was told I'd get every other lead 30% off, which didn't happen until I called them out on charging me the full cost. Then they have "filters" which supposedly help make sure certain criteria is met. After running MVRs on multiple quotes, rarely did anyone actually meet the filters I was supposedly paying for. All in all, this service puts on a good show up front of professionalism, but having used multiple leads sources, this one has been about as poor a service as I've ever had. Spend your money else where.

The team will do whatever it takes to keep their clients happy. I've had other companies tell me that they can't control what people put online. Contactability let me know they wouldn't want to lose my business over a client that lied. That's when I knew I would be working with them.

There are times when I need an explanation or a something handled on the back end and Nick is fast to respond and is available. Leads can be spotty at times but overall a better experience for P&C leads and the return policy has been easy to process when needed.

Great Service

What I love about buying leads from Contactability most has been the level of service I have received. My account rep, Nicholas Gay, answers my email immediately. He has helped me fine tune my leads so I'm getting the most benefit for my marketing dollars. I highly recommend this company.

Great leads for the money

Very good company. I have been doing internet leads for over a decade and anyone complaining about quality has not had the experience necessary to properly evaluate. Nick is great to work with and the leads for the money are the best out there.

Run, don't walk away, from this group. Numerous calls to mysterious people, phone calls transferred to voicemails with no person's name, only the electronic voice repeating a phone number. No leads in two months. Why would you subject yourself?

We have been using this company for live calls and have tremendous success with them. We have closed as many as 2 policies per call per day! No joke! Highly recommend Rikki Torres, he makes your onboarding experience so easy and spends the time to help you maximize the dollars you put into these opportunities.

I have been working with Rikki for a few months now, and he has been great. He is always reaching out to see how things are going with the leads and the business overall. If I am ever having an issue, he takes the time to try and help resolve it if he can, where with other lead companies you are not going to receive that type of service. Also, SmartFinancial/Contactability has the best return/refund policy of any lead company out there, no question about it. Solid company and I would definitely recommend getting your leads from them.

I have been very skeptical of internet quotes ~ I haven't had the best of luck with any of them. Nick was so helpful and talked me into at least trying it! I am so thankful that he did! Wow! I am so impressed ~ We are at a 26% close rate! Thank you Nick and Contactability!

THEY COLD CALL PEOPLE!

If you think that someone cold calling for you is a good lead then this is the company for you! I have been buying leads from other companies for eight years and have never complained.
This company literally cold calls and transfer calls to you. No one is filling out a form online looking for insurance. Don't fall for their scam! The website they have is so misleading and will lead you to believe that they know what they are doing. Good luck getting a call back from Caroline the "Manager" (not going to happen) Ryan the account manager is a good guy with the patience of a saint. He should go work for a reputable company instead of these scam artists. There is no way the positive reviews are real! JUNK JUNK JUNK!

WORST COMPANY EVER!

For $65 a lead - I expect quality. Contactability has some great salesmen. They all sound wonderful when they want your business but when you need them, your account manager is no where to be found. We signed up for live transfer life leads. We received 3 ineligible leads with pre-existing conditions that we filtered out as well as 1 lead that was ONLY looking for homeowners. Now, I understand that people fib and some bad ones might leak through; However, my issue lies within the fact that my account manager disappeared and no one would give me credit for these horrible leads! Now I understand why the company I work for doesn't subsidize Contactability leads. It would be a waste of their money as it has been a waste of ours and our time. I wouldn't recommend Contactability to anyone and I certainly will let the company I work for as well as all other agents within the company know that these leads are not quality and should never be part of our subsidy program.

Pricey but effective

As the title says, their leads are really effective and the refund policy is easy. My only complaint that is they're a bit pricey but at the end, I still make a profit on the business I write through them.

We received 5 calls (4 within a 1 to 2 minute span) and were already on the phone or with customers. All 5 were charged despite not answering the calls. We are not suppose to get charges unless we answer. Because our number was hit, we haven't received anymore preventing us from quoting. DJ was great with understanding and crediting back the calls. Need to make sure we don't get charged when not answering. We are busy and can't always take the calls.

This company provided horrible quality calls. We ceased calls in June 2018, and continued to charge our card after our cancellation of the account, and refused to give us back the money that they charged incorrectly.
