I dont know how this company found my phone number, but for the past week they have been BLOWING UP MY PHONE. It is annoying and they won't even leave any voice-mails explaining why they are spam calling me. I have never even heard of this company and frankly, it seems sketchy. Stop calling me.
I've been using ContactAbility for about 2 months and overall happy with the leads that I receive. The live transfer leads cost more but so worth it. My ROI is there, so I will continue to using their service. When a bad lead comes in, its very easy to dispute and get a refund.
The employees are incredibly rude. When asked if I had access to the agency e-mail I said it depends on the type of e-mail. The representative became irate and said "it's a simple yes or no. You either do or don't." He previously had called and when the owner said she was not interested in a lead provider at this time he told her she'd never make it as an agent.
I would get more out of my money if I watched spin as I flushed it down the toilet. DO NOT Waste your money on these guys. They claim exclusive screened leads the leads say they never applied for insurance quotes or the numbers are wrong. DON'T DO IT! They have taken $500.00 to setup my account and ZERO contacts out of 32 leads. Can't even reach the person to provide a quote, so don't even think about a sale. They must pay someone to fill out bogus leads and write positive reviews.
Over half the calls that come in are for people looking to speak with their 21st Century agent. They claim to have the best return policy, but denied a return for someone who was looking to report an accident.
Had trouble with our account manager taking care of our returns & getting back to us in a timely manner, so we got a new account manager. Within a couple of weeks, we were having the same issues with the new one.
Between the horrible leads that are sold and the unhelpful account managers, you will find yourself spending more time on returns than working good-quality leads.
Our office has bought $1000 worth of leads at BOGO 50% off, and we have not even made $500 yet. Id recommend putting your money elsewhere.
Compared to other lead vendors, I like that these are live calls, and that we never have an issue when call is lost or person is un- interested in completing the quote, contactability does refund the calls promptly after request is submitted.
We've been using ContactAbility for our lead source for a month now. Out of first 12 12 phone calls have a good chances of closing 4 policies so it's definitely worth it. I feel we'll be partners with them for a very long time. Thanks guys!
I have worked with Nick at Contactability for a while now. I will say that the quality of leads are not the best, but they are better then any other company out there. He has always stayed up to date with my account and has always responded in a timely manor. The leads always provide another way to work with business owners and just keep the pipeline full. Word of caution would be if you are not well versed in commercial then you need to expand your abilities, the class codes that are available are easily worked but you need to know what you are doing!
I've worked with many lead companies over the years and contactability has proven to offer higher quality leads and greater customer service. They seem to really want to help grow my business instead of just squeezing as much money out of me as possible. Great company to work with!
Nick G. At Contactability is awesome. He's very prompt at assisting me with whatever service I need. The leads are better quality overall than other sources I have used. Still have some bogus leads that come through but I'm not sure if that is avoidable.
This has been one of the best lead source companies my office has used. The dashboard is very easy to use. And Ryan always gets back to our office in a timely manner if we have any questions. I would recommend this company to anyone.
The leads have been coming in steady of 3 per day. These are shared leads and need to be contacted swiftly to insure 1st contact. The prospects do get many calls and at times it is hard to sell. I average about 20 % closed.

Contactability is a really great site to use. It has my phone ringing all the time with new leads and more of opportunities to increase my monthly sales. If you are an insurance agent I recommend that you use this site.
These guys are awesome. The leads are always there and if for some reason you need to return a lead if theres a bad phone number or address they are really fast at returning so you can focus on your business.
Promise was excellent leads by folks looking for quotes: NOT. Unusable numbers, addresses, poor quality. They make their money by auto charging a big down payment that is NOT refundable. The offer to "make it right" are warm transfer leads that are $50 a piece. Light a match to your money - at least you will be warm.
I was very hesitant to get involved with another lead source. We get our feet wet with just a few leads a day and I was so impressed with the accuracy that we shortly increased our number per day. I have tried many sources and for real Contactability will provide more accurate info than any other group. You will once in awhile come across leads that don't meet your criteria as with any group. However, Contactability is a small group of folks that you can trust and they will get to work to make it right, refund your money and get a replacement lead to you. They are an easy group to deal with and the agent dashboard is simple to use. I prefer them over any other. Personally I deal with Nick G. And he has always been professional and more than happy to answer questions and make changes to help me succeed. Thanks Contactability.
I use ContactAbility's direct phone transfer leads and I love the fact that they pre-screen the calls to my specifications and they spend a lot of time walking me through their real time responsive dashboard. It's an excellent lead provider that I highly recommend for volume lead buying and for running a call center life insurance operation. The best part though is the customer service, I have a great account manager that provides me with same day responses and picks up the phone when I call. I highly recommend.
Leads are poor quality at best and are shared with other lead providers. Refunds are handled as credits that produce more bad leads. Went to cancel and they would not refund money that was paid in on same day.
Run away, don't waste your time and money.
You are going to really like this company. Hot leads that are ready to buy. Prospecting is so tedious and it never gets any better. Quick on customer service and refunds and all the leads you want. Whats not too like here? Call them today and watch your book grow.
Sometimes its hard to be in the office and do sales at the same time. Contactability offers a great solution and it works. Clients who are actually in need of insurance call in and get transferred directly. No competition on who gets it first. You are exclusive that that caller. Ive tried a couple different site but this works the best
