We received 5 calls (4 within a 1 to 2 minute span) and were already on the phone or with customers. All 5 were charged despite not answering the calls. We are not suppose to get charges unless we answer. Because our number was hit, we haven't received anymore preventing us from quoting. DJ was great with understanding and crediting back the calls. Need to make sure we don't get charged when not answering. We are busy and can't always take the calls.

This company provided horrible quality calls. We ceased calls in June 2018, and continued to charge our card after our cancellation of the account, and refused to give us back the money that they charged incorrectly.

We started utilizing your service in July of this year.
We were going to cancel with your company due to no attention to detail with your sales woman, who in selling us your service promised everything we requested would be done, than failed to deliver especially with our preferred zip code list, etc.

She did not follow through and passed us off, as she did not want to deal with us since she had already closed are sale. (plus communication was very hard as she over talked us while we were speaking, and did not take the time to listen).

We found relief with your employee Dejuan Ridley, his excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and his ability to always follow through with us is truly amazing.

We know if we need anything, or if anything needs to be done we call Dejuan Ridley and he immediately goes to work on it.

I would like to tell your company that your are lucky to have him. Without him, you would not have our business.

They will definitely connect you to leads but it is up to you on how to close them. Some are good, some are bad but it really takes a nimble Agent with a lot of markets to have a high hit ratio. If you have the capacity to quote with minimal info and on the same day than this may be the tool for you. I have had some hits so far so it does work.

I love working with Smart Financial and the team there. Karl my account manager hooks me up and stays in touch. HIGHLY, highly recommend using smart financial for either live transfers or leads. Great company and great product! Two Thumbs up!

My agency office went with this company and was the worst lead system we have gone with. They took more money after the deposit was used up and was not authorized to do so. The leads were horrible. The people were not interested or did not want to give their information to get a quote from us. The people who worked at Contactability were not even getting the right information for these people. Do not go with them.

Very poor quality lead program. You will waste your time trying to connect with so-called warm leads who don't want to talk to an agent and most times don't even meet the requirements you're paying for. We could not connect with 80% of the leads and 80% of the leads we could talk to did not want a homeowners insurance quote. They wanted quotes for something else! What a rip-off!

I have only been using this lead generation for a week, but I have already written 2 new insurance policies. Not every lead is something I can, or want to write insurance for, but overall the leads are good. And I actually have more than I can handle.

Overall I am a very satisfied customer, and would recommend the company to others.

My agency, Pfeifer Insurance Brokers, has been using Contactability for Personal Lines leads for about a year. The quality of the leads are better than their competitors. The cost of the leads are half as much as I paid elsewhere. The return policy for poor leads is liberal. I've had 100% of my returned leads refunded. Contactability has been easy to work with. There is no long term contract and the cost to start is super low. I encourage anyone who is interested in internet leads to give them a try.

Unprofessional leadership staff with no ethical commitment to their own employees. They fire people right before xmas with no explanation, no notice, and withheld earned wages. My next step is filing a wages claim with the state Backstabbers thru and thru. You've been warned

I just started using these folks and they have been very easy to work with out of the gate. My rep Jesse is very involved with the process and concerned with the flow and quality of the leads. I've used many lead services over the years and this seems to be the best I've come across.

Started bad but drastic improvement
August 5, 2016

The regular leads were horrible and the service was bad. I was fortunate to get in contact with DJ Ridley and he made me finally feel appreciated as a client. DJ got the issues corrected and has made sure to follow up and makes sure that everything works. I have had two issues since and DJ has resolved them quickly. DJ is the reason I stayed and now enjoy the service.

I've used a few different Live Lead Vendors and Contactability is at the top of the list. They generally meet however many P&C leads you order and they're great about returns as I've found their return system to be more than fair. Nicholas at Contactability has been great to work with and has made the process to keep Contactability a part of our business so much easier.

I recently had a tech problem where email alerts weren't coming through. I contacted Nick at Contactability and he immediately started troubleshooting, talking to his manager about reimbursements, coordinating tech support and making sure I was in the loop. He was available day and night and even followed up to make sure everything was running properly. When he said something would be fixed by a certain time, it absolutely was. I can't ask for a better Account Manager!

At the end of the day, when you evaluate the companies you work with, Contactability leaves you high and dry. Promises without follow thru. The unprofessionalism and disregard for those working with them is truly astounding. My advice is to look elsewhere. Unless your okay with compromising all you stand for. Your better off going with another similar resource.

Great leads. We started using call leads and there amazing great closing ratio. The flexibility is a great thing, things happen and some times you just need someone to answer the phone and they have great customer service, and Nick is awesome as a rep.

I used $250 to see how the leads were and if they were quality leads. We did not get one sale from any of the leads. They all said they weren't interested, so how do you get someone's information if they aren't interested. Don't trust their leads or their promises to put your account on pause until you want more. We tried that and they activated it without my permission and charged me another $250 and even though it was their mistake, they don't give refunds but glad to send me the leads until the money is gone. This is a very dishonest, unethical and deceitful company.
