I wish I could give a minus 100. They entice you with what sounds like a good deal and try to charge you with a recurring subscription. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I should have known better.
Read every thing before you make any purchase.
A "free tactical backpack" was advertised in a recent 'freebies' website newsletter, that indicated I would only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. I purchased this on 22 March, and was promptly charged that amount I was subsequently charged $67.32 on 29 March by this same outfit, despite not having ordered anything else.
I tried contacting them by e-mail only to find that the two support email addresses noted do not function. I located a phone number by searching scam reports online. The receptionist on 30 March confirmed my purchase of the backpack, and claimed that- in placing this order- I was actually subscribing to a store membership. This membership was nowhere disclosed in emails received, the website itself, or the package that I received. It certainly was not advertised in the pitch, which again was for a free backpack for which I would *only* be charged S&H I wish to return the backpack.
I wish all accounts closed. I want the $67.32 fully refunded- and I would like for the company to cease this practice. If you're selling a 'store membership' with your 'free backpack', then you have an ethical and moral obligation to transparently state exactly that upfront
I was stupid enough to believe I could get a ice maker for $2.98. Right after I "won" the prize, I got the E-mail saying I was getting $200 worth of free stuff. Didn't go into that email. But I went on Google and at first when I went into their website it kept saying I wasn't online. Finally I got in and saw the BBB. Next went into my bank account and it said I had a pending transaction for $7.95. Since I hadn't left the house to buy anything I called my bank and cancelled my card. I tried to get the transaction stopped but they said it was better to cancel the card since it showed the amount pending might not be the final amount.
I don't know how they got my info but I never signed up for this. Money kept disappearing from my account and finally found out from it is this company.
I'm not going to say much because everyone else describes this companies sceam. You think you're only paying shipping till they start billing you without your knowlege. Bad Karma...
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THE PHONE NUMBER FOR THEIR "FRONT" OFFICE IS: *******314. You can get a partial refund BUT ONLY if you agree to NOT pursue them legally. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
Facebook/TikTok should scan the content it allows... like all other of these reviews this company is a scam and DO NO PAY FOR ANYTHING. They will charge your bank account for credit to purchase items on their site and it is all $#*!. TOTAL SCAM AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR FALSE ADVERTISING AND SCAM
Scam, I'm reporting them to the better business bureau! They took unauthorized $67.43 out of my account.
Fronted as Ace Hardware promising tools in exchange for completing a survey and paying a small shipping fee of $4.95.
Around 11-11-2022, I received an email to participate in a survey about Walmart. The offer was a blender for only $6.95 for shipping and handling.
On 11-16-2022, there was a charge of $76.68 from Fabulous Garden Collections. I tried to call the 800 number to see why I was billed, I was on the phone for 28 minutes. No one ever answered my call, so I left my number to be called back. I tried several more times, but just received a recording. On 12-21-2022, I was billed another $76.68 again. Once again I tried calling but no answer. On 1-21-2023, I was billed $76.68 again. Again no answer. On 2-6-2023 at 2:14 pm, I called and after 15 minutes, they sent me to a recording, saying they would call me back. I turned around and called them right back at 2:27 pm. They answered right away. They said the were Consumer Direct Savings. I asked why I was billed 3 monthly payments of $76.68 and was told that it was a membership fee. I asked about the blender. She said the $6.95 was to enter a raffle to attempt to win the blender. She said that apparently I hadn't read the terms and conditions. There wasn't any. She said she could cancel my membership. I asked about refunding my 3 monthly payments at $76.68 for a total of $230.04. She said I should have cancelled within 3 days. So NO MONEY for me. I live on a fixed income, and feel very taken advantage of. I have no proof of purchase or a picture, because I never received anything.
There was a promotion for cookware, asked if you agreed to pay 9.95 shipping if selected. Had to put in cc and name, etc. Was automatically charged 7.95. Figured out I was already duped but maybe I would receive the cookware. Never received an email or confirmation. 7 days later, I received a charge on cc for 68.89. I called the number on my cc and they told me I signed up for a membership and if I don't want to continue it, they would cancel. I told them I never signed up for it, to cancel it and credit my credit card. They said they couldn't credit my card, but will give me a voucher. I said to what. I didn't sign up for anything, What are they selling? What website? She told me to go to this website to read the conditions and polices that I signed up for and she gave me the website of consumerdirectsaving which my computer told me not to click on. I then googled and it came up that this was a total scam and doing it to many people. I cancelled my credit card and am disputing these charges.
I received an email from daily goodie box, giving me the opportunity to try out products and only pay shipping in exchange for my reviews of the products. The email said absolutely free only pay shipping. I ordered the smartbot vacuum and payed the shipping. I noticed a $71.97 charge in my checking account. I called the phone number next to the charge in my checking account and was told that I had to agree to the terms when I ordered the smartbot. Nowhere on the order form was there anything that said I was subscribing to a monthly subscription. It was on the next page all the way at the bottom in tiny letters that it would charge me monthly. Very deceiving. I did cancel my subscription but could not get my 71.97 back. If the smartbot would have been a good product, I might have not minded that they took my 71.97, but it was a cheap product that I wouldn't have bought for 10 dollars. These people are not honest and I will be unsubscribing to the daily goodie box as well because they promote them.
W.D. 67.00 from checking account, I will report this place to the B.B.B. For theft. I ordered nothing
I put bought the ice maker. They took my money but I never got my purchase. I want to know where it is
When you call you can't get through, they don't know what you're talking about. After getting the money they then cancel the charges.
Received a fraud alert on my cc from my bank. They were trying to process a withdrawal of 67 dollars from my account! Out of nowhere! Scam!
If you are reading the reviews you have been scammed! You only get 45 char so you cant sat how bad.
En total me han descontado 75 dólares y nunca enviaron la pallet electrónica que supuestamente estaba comprando, he estado enviando correos y nada, no responden, espero que algún momento reciban lo que merecen.
