I purchased the Huawei Watch Buds on June 15,2023, from Noon Egypt.
Shortly after the 12-month warranty expired, the watch completely stopped charging and became unusable. I contacted Huawei's customer service in Egypt and was shocked by their response: They refused to repair the device, claiming the cost of the spare part exceeds the price of a brand-new watch. No reasonable solution or compensation was offered. Customer service representatives were unhelpful and unprofessional. My follow-up emails to local and global support were ignored. This experience clearly shows that Huawei does not care about customer satisfaction, nor does it provide reliable after-sales service—especially in the Egyptian market. According to Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, spare parts and repair services should still be available if the device is within its expected lifetime, regardless of warranty expiration. I do not recommend buying this watch or relying on Huawei's support in general. Very disappointing for a global brand.

Recently bought a new phone from this brand to grandad, and the point is that he managed to sort out how to interact with this cellphone almsot without any aid.
Intuitive clear interface, speedy software and capacious battery are those things which distinguish this cell phone from other brands. But, to be fair, other products from this brand are of super mediocre quality, I'd even say below average, for instance, laptops.
My friend has the one which is acclaimed to be a "cutting-edge solution for gaming purposes", no, it's slow as hell.

The company has a nice line of tech products.
They are well-known with their smartphones but there are a lot of things that worth attention in your day to day use.
Like routers or earphones, those are also actually good if you try it. I have several of the products at the moment and all of them work great, especially for the price.

Huawei Workmate X wrong keyboard
Huawei Workmate X. Delivered in a reasonable time but with a French or Belgium AZERTY keyboard. Contacted customer disservice right away who do nothing. They escalated my case to a department that is uncontactable. No one knows anything. I am told I am in a queue but no one can contact them to find out how long an escalated case takes. I can't work with this foreign keyboard at speed, for my work as an author. I have deadlines to meet. Useless, uncaring, no service. This would be a good computer, if it came with the correct parts. You cant connect any other keyboard by the way.

When you look at the phones specifications, you will think that it's the best phone ever made, camera 160+ megapixel's but in reality, pictures are so bad, blurry every single time.

I bought a phone for 100 euros back in 2019 and it was terrible, it got hot often and its battery kept quickly dying so I decided to sell it.

All I said such a poor customer service 1 month with this $#*!ty phone no one helping waste my money on this not recommended to anyone buy Huawei, should other brands phone who always happy to help you out not like that I have no words what to say I wish i can speak to owner of this company and tell him to sell sweetcorn rather than this Business

I have a huawei phone and the camera is really the best. I can not believe that I took such nice photos with my phone. My friends are telling me that the photos were taken by pro cameras

I am very fed up by Huawei service, on the 6th of Sep, I went to repair my cell phone
First of all, after a long hold and waiting, he told me he don't have any spear part in black color and short of stock, as my cell was in black, so he suggest I replace all parts in green even to those which was not required to be repaired, well anyhow I agreed
And give my cell to them, he told me in a couple of days it will be repaired
Or max by 72 hrs, but it has been more than 5 day
The complaint number was AB*******
I am tired by visiting again and again and call to get status
Is it really Huawei service is?
On the other end, every representative is forcing me to give a 5-star rating by force on Huawei service.

I recently purchased a Huawei mobile Wifi dongle and it has been great whilst we wait for our WIFI to be set up. It's super small and compact so it doesn't take up much space, it's easily hidden and easy to move around the house if needed. I just wish it had a longer USB cord!

Much prefer Huawei to Samsung and iPhone. A much more reliable phone and seems stronger if u drop it compared to said duo.
