Great service. They arrived on time and packed, moved, and unpacked in under 5 hours. Usually, you expect something to break when you move, not this time. Everything was intact. These guys were pretty laid back.

Friendly, on time, and treated our belongings with care. I was especially impressed by their ability to get our king bed and big dresser up a spiral staircase. Impressed with their honesty, as well. Helped us place furniture, made a move easy! Would recommend and use it again.

Their crew of five guys and two trucks arrived yesterday morning and went right to work. They were friendly, responsive, paid attention to detail, and were very efficient. I would recommend them. And will be calling them again to move us from the storage unit to our new house in the spring.

Arrived Friday late afternoon for a Thursday appointment. Then tried to charge 3x what was originally quoted once everything was on the truck. We told them we would not pay what they were demanding and they refused to remove our items from the truck. The police were called and the movers, only once the police arrived and told them to do so, did they remove our items from the truck. Now the company is refusing to return our deposit and the main phone line has only a message saying that "their mailbox is full". Concorde Van Lines, you suck!

My move is complete, and I now understand all those five-star reviews. On-time. Professional. Efficient. Courteous. Careful. Well-equipped. COVID-prepared. They get five stars in every category from me. I essentially paid for two guys and a truck for two days. I felt it was a bit on the high side, but having no problems or issues makes it worthwhile. Paying for quality. I highly recommend Concorde Van Lines to anyone!

Concorde Van Lines is a broker, they have no control over the drivers. Company gives you a quote, charges you a deposit and then the amount they tell you that you owe is up to the drivers. The driver will add on whatever they want. They consider 7 steps a flight of stairs, which is RIDICULOUS. None of that is explained when you do the contract. The drivers are not punctual, they are a day late to pick up or drop off. Once you pay your deposit, you can never talk to that same person again, it's like they avoid you. This is a terrible company to do business with. Save your money and go somewhere else.

We called at the last minute to reschedule the moving time, and they made it happen. The owner is a humble and honest man, very kind and easygoing. All the guys are professional and hardworking. Highly recommended!
