I had two different jobs. Both went well, and communication was excellent, as was delivery, etc. thank you, it took the hassle away. I would recommend this service anytime to anyone without any doubt, and I will use it again.

The best deal in town for a small move, with excellent service. The movers were very communicative and courteous, worked efficiently, and took good care of my pieces. I hope I don't need to move again anytime soon, but I would use Concorde Van Lines!

Spoke with a person by the name of Ryan. He was very easy to talk with and he made you feel like he was your best friend and you have known him forever. He told you everything you needed to hear and he reassured you about your move and he would handle everything. Once you signed the contract and paid your deposit he was like a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde! You have heard of the bad used car salesmen well he is that person in the moving industry. Gives you his cell number call me anytime if you have a problem, that's great however he never answers or calls you back. Totally deceives you! Also his dispatcher Katie was very rude and not helpful at all. Stay away from Concord!

Jameson was amazing in facilitating this move for my family and me he always made our move dates work. Movers showed up on-time and were beautiful. Jameson called us on our move dates to ensure the team was punctual and taking COVID precautions. Overall just a stress-free move.

My move was from a two-bedroom second-floor (with stairs) to another neighborhood about a 10-mile distance. They came on time and finished within a reasonable time. They did a good job and refunded me for a few minor damages. All through the move, they were friendly and helpful.

Prices were inaccurate. Asked three times as much as originally quoted. Delivery range completely innacurate. Very unprofessional. Please do not use this company for your own sake.

Concorde Van Lines was reasonably priced and very professional. Prompt - both in communication leading up to the move and on moving day. Covid conscious, wore masks the whole time. Very careful with all of our things. No damage to any furniture. Recommended!
