Punctual. Polite, friendly, professional. Kept me aware of any additional costs I incurred - tape, boxes, etc. Fast. Will recommend them to all! Funny - as stressful as moves are, these guys kept up the banter and made it easier to deal with.

Good, honest business brings more business. It is tricky finding a real business these days, especially when it comes to moving companies. I refer to this moving company for their excellent work, honesty, and efficiency. We used them today and will use them for our future moves and recommend them to our friends and realtors. The team of four made my move a lot less stressful than I expected. They did all the hard work, respected my belongings, and were friendly and professional from quote through to moving me into my new home. They went the extra mile making sure everything was in place and fixed together before leaving. This was at the end of a very long day when they had been stuck on the highway for hours and had a long drive home. These guys are amazing! I would highly recommend them. They were fast, careful, polite, clean, and helpful on time. They worked very fast and hard and completed the move on time. Even after we had them move a bunch of stuff, we thought we would move. They are reasonably priced, and I would use them again!

The Concorde Van Lines were EXTREMELY professional and VERY careful with ALL of my things. Everything was wrapped and packed neatly! The movers carefully moved my new appliances from my storage onto the truck. They unloaded everything quickly and carefully. These were the best movers in town.

I have singled out a couple of the staff but I don't have a bad word to say about any of them who were fantastic. They had questions but showed initiative clearly using their own experience and good thought. All those I dealt with along the way clearly enjoy working for this company and their honesty and commitment to the company says something. I was impressed at the quick turnaround as I had arranged this moving at short notice and then for it to be completed to precision is hugely appreciated. I have no doubt that I will use Concorde Van Lines in the future and would recommend them without hesitation!

I found Concorde Van Lines extremely helpful, they delivered the items unharmed and were able to build/rebuild items I didn't think were possible. The customer service was excellent and I can not recommend this company enough. The movers themselves completed well within time and were helpful and considerate as well as happy to work with us on our move. We ended up not being able to move the same day and Concorde Van Lines was more than happy to help us in our awful situation. They supplied the same movers and they were able to move us in quickly and efficiently.

When booking, they were pretty accommodating since we needed service early in the morning. Communication was also excellent. The team arrived promptly, did a fantastic job loading, and was friendly and respectful. Prices were also quite competitive since I had called several companies to compare. I highly recommend them!

Within an hour of submitting my initial enquiry, I received a phone call and flat quote. I was able to make a number of changes and additions prior to the transition to the new booking agency. Despite their early arrival and considerable effort, the two men were a huge help. It was still within my budget to relocate, even after adding a few additional boxes at the last minute. In the future, they'll be useful for other things too.
