Based upon the advice I received from your online chat person I ordered large. When I tried one on it was obvious that it was too large. I then checked the box and found that, contrary to what your web site had said I needed a medium. When I went through your return policy I found that I would be charged $6.95 shipping on the exchange. Plus it cost $3.04 to return it. Your error, my cost seems unfair to me.

I do like the socks and I intend to return the ones that I have not worn. They do not stay up or in place for more than 1/2 hour. Have not worn hose but I do not like these socks.
My ordering experience was five star but do to my ordering the wrong size I have sent the item back for exchange. The postage both ways is rather expensive so I will be more careful when ordering in the future. I ordered the shorter version of the chap type stocking but due to the size of my leg do to the lymphedema I should have oreder the longer size. I'm hoping this will solve my problem.
