I received an email to say my order had shipped - then three days later received an email asking which gauntlet (left or right) I needed. It then took another week for my order to arrive. I emailed to find out where my order was and was sent a link to the wrong order tracking - which was however fixed quickly. Unfortunately the sleeve/gauntlet combo did not work well for me. The gauntlet left my fingers looking like little fat sausages within a couple of hours - the back of my hand swelled too. I am going to have to go back to using a glove (with fingers in) and I am very disappointed not to be able to use the much prettier lymphedivas combo. The sleeve fabric feels good, the color was a bit disappointing (the black looks more grey when stretched out on your arm). Next time I will probably order a tattoo style sleeve with beige/skin color background - and stick with my custom juzo glove.
