I subsequently returned the product I ordered on September 17 as it was too long. However, I have ordered two pair with a different length size and compression. I was very pleased with how that return, exchange and order were handled. I was asked via email what I wanted to in returning the September 17 ordered merchandise and although I originally asked for store credit, I was told in an email that an exchange would be better for me. I greatly appreciate the efforts that the customer service department personnel have made to help me get the hose that I need.
Product did not fit the recipient even though it was a 3x. Must run small.
