Ordered and paid for five pair of stockings; when order was received there were only four pair in the shipping envelope. Called your offices, spoke with (matthew) i think. He checked with someone and told me another pair of stockings w/b shipped. Were received a couple of days later
The stockings are too small for my husband. We want to return them for a refund and apparently can only get an exchange or store credit. This is not an option as we will not need any other type of product being offered and at this time can use the money since my husband has been out of work for a month now and will now go on half pay and I had to take time off without pay. Please review our file and refund our money. We thank you for your consideration in this matter.
When I placed the first item in the shopping cart I was advised I qualified for free shipping and when I placed the second item (same product different size) and then proceeded to payment I find it has now cost me $19.95 extra for shipping. The screen did not advise that the payment amount was in US dollars and therefore the actual price in Australian Dollars was more. Items ordered were compression stockings (light in Weight). Overall online purchasing experience was very disappointing.
