I needed to exchange the item as it was too small. I had a terrible time with the return. I had to call three different times and they said they did not get it. So I wasted a lot of time and was so irritating. Finally, today I got the number I need to do it. I filled the form out each time and then I waited several days, and no answer. So I called again and finally after the third call and a lot of days waiting. So tomorrow I will mail it to you.
