I wasn't that satisfied with this recent order. The socks weren't like the previous socks I purchased. But, that doesn't negate the companies overall 5 star ordering history. I have never had a complaint, about their customer service.

My first order came within a few days. Much faster then I expected. Unfortunately the size was not right. I reordered another size right away not wanting to wait for the return and then reorder. Second order came within days also. Very impressed. Now I just need to call to get an RMA to return original pair. Hopefully that will go just as smooth and speedy as the ordering part.
This is the only place I could find what I needed and the timely manner I received my order was terrific.

I love your prompt delivery...but the product isn't very good. I have worn Medi, and Sigvaris; home healthcare places and pharmacies do not accept my insurance...so I am forced to purchase them myself. I was looking for an inexpensive pair of compression hose and thought I would try your brand.
The toe has a run in it already and the calf length is entirely tooooo long and rolls up really bad at my knee...I applied for online help which was of no use... I did what was suggested and ordered an XL if I would have ordered the size that I needed they would really be too long. Not satisfied.
