I did not receive the medium short knee-highs that I ordered. Instead, you sent the medium [regular length] ones. I called customer service on 10/13/14 and they said they would send the correct ones immediately. I told them I needed to get the product by 10/19/14, because I'm having surgery on the 20th. Today is the 19th and I have NOT received the product in time for my surgery. I don't know how long I'll be in the hospital/rehab at this point, so contacting me in the near future will probably not be possible.
I thought the products were great for the price; however, one stocking is defective and I need to exchange it. The stitching is broken at the top. I also need to exchange a large for a medium, as I was not sure if the medium would fit until I tried it on. I will contact the company soon to do this. Thank you!
Even though the service was good and delivery good, I received the wrong size. I took all the measurements and gave them during a phone call. I don't buy often, so I was not familiar with your codes when the delivery was received. I tried the beige pair on and almost fainted and they did hurt my legs seriously. They are now very swollen and it does not go down even with elevation. Thank God my husband was there to pull them off! So now I am paying to ship them back and you say you are charging me to reship when originally the shipping was free with this order. I hope you will reconsider this charge and just ship me the correct size. I do love your product and plan to continue ordering from you.
