I ordered 3 pairs, one was way too small ( truform below knee 30-40), even though I used the size chart, the other gave me an allergic reaction and the support was not at all helpful, it had slided down, swirled and basically was loose in areas and too tight and gathered in other areas even after wearing for just a few hours (jobst relief 30-40 black knee high). The third i have used this brand and was happy with size, but this timw the foret caramel 40-50 had a really loose band at the top that kept rolling doen my leg and was painful! The 30-40 had a wide band with sillicone dots that kept it in place and was very comfortable. I have full sized calves and lymphedema below the knee.

I tried to make the product work but it just was not a good fit I am 6ft tall and I order an extra large. It would go on but I could not get it to stay on my waist. So now I have just wasted $107. I guess based on the return policy I am out of luck.
