Stockings arrived in a broken/ torn plastic shipping package -boxed were bent, smashed and torn a little...I guess it is from improper handling/shipping. It was very sad as I paid almost $200 for it. I contacted customer service, and they told me that they will take care of it if product is damaged. But I opened plastic packages with stockings and they were OK, not damaged. I wish they used proper cardboard box for shipping.
