One time the package came opened and someone took out a box. I inquired about it both at the post office and your office. They both turned the head away. So it was my loss. Other than that, I am satisfied with transaction.
No Hassel!
Ordered compression socks, paid extra $35 for overnight delivery. 7 days later never received order. E mailed to to tell them to refund my money. They replied that it was shipped and too late to cancel. Tried calling and live chat and gave up after 35 minutes waiting. Prior to this left message and no return call. This is a scam company.

Regardless of phone calls to their 800 number for "expert sizing" assistance; the response received was a recorded message instructing to leave a telephone number and a promise that a representative would return the call. No representative ever called back regardless of numerous requests to have someone call me so that I could speak to someone. I ordered a product regardless to find that when it arrived, it did not fit. Compressionsale.com refused to take the stockings back as a return, because they had been tried on. How is a consumer find out that a product doesn't fit without trying them on? The size was not a correct and immediately taken off and placed back in to its package. Compressionsale.com refused to accept the stockings as a return claiming that because they had been tried on, they were considered "worn". Compressionsale.com through emails offered to except the stockings only as an exchange/store credit but required the return postage to be paid by the consumer. Another lie at the web site that states "shipping is free".
Do not purchase products from compressionsale.com. They do not support their customers to acquire a proper sized fit NOR do they honor their easy return statement as advertised at their web site. There are plenty of other companies where compression stockings can be purchased from.
Very pleased to find this store. Looking forward to receipt of my first order.
