Customer service was terrible except for one person who was kind but not helpful at all. My 84 yr old mom was charged FOUR times for a sleeve. They ended up sending two! When I tried to talk to them and say we only needed one. They made my mom responsible for the return fees! They haven't returned calls when I leave message and I average 15 min before anyone answers if I wait on the phone. I would rather pay extra at a medical supply store than ever use this company again. Very sad.
