I ordered some compression stockings based on exactly what size they told me and the size they told me was wrong. The socks did not fit and now they want me to go through alll this ridiculous return stuff AND pay for shipping. THEY MADE THE MISTAKE and their customer service people are arrogant and condescending. They would not take these back and would not order me the right size and send template emails thinking that would appease me. I am going to put a stop payment on my credit card since they defrauded me and now will not make good on the products. This is a small time company who thinks they can play games with us paying shipping charges. Dont order from them... the prices are way too high and the servie is very poor.

I ordered a $49.92 order on 5-16-2019. The order came - 3 pairs of knee high compression stockings. (I have ordered from this company before). BEWARE! Last time one of the pairs of stockings seemed like it had numerous "threads" hanging off of it - which made me wonder how long they would last - I tried to return a pair that had a run in them and I keep my nails short and do not pull except gently. These obviously had a manufacturers defect in them. They said I caused it - user ERROR and refused to return them to me - I was within the 30 day period and did not seek a refund - just another pair of stockings that would last). Well, in this order from 5-16-2019 there was a pair and I noticed they appeared not as well constructed as the others. And sure enough as I was gently rolling one up my leg it had a run appear in it - nowhere near my fingers. I never did try the mate on to this defective stocking. I called and they had me fill out a lengthy return form and then as I submitted it - they immediately put the words: "OVER THIRTY DAYS - NOT RETURNABLE." However, it was only 16 days after my order on 5-16-2019. Finally I got someone's attention and they agreed to "look at the stockings" if I would supply 2 pictures. I sent very clear pictures and you could see this run was a defect and not created by pulling of by fingernail tearing the stocking. They said they had to deny me a replacement pair and they were sorry - but their experts at the manufacturer was sure it was 'user ERROR.' I sent them another email and rebutted this and told them after wearing compression hosiery for quite a while the only 2 pair that ever had a run in them were the 2 pair from CompressionSale. They have ignored me and refuse to send any stockings. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
