I received an exchange authorization for the exchange of Jobst Relief Knee High Open Toe Unisex Compression Socks. I had ordered a Large but needed an exchange for an XL. I followed all directions for the return via an E-mail. In that E-mail it is clearly stated about the Company Policy of Worn items will not qualify for a return, etc...this was for me a non issue. The end result of the exchange is the original price was $35.84. The next Email I received was the request for my Credit Card information in order to finish the process and ship out my exchange. I obviously questioned the reason for this information and called Customer Service. I was told the same item I had ordered (in less than 30 days) had increased from $35.84 to $44.80. As I was trying to absorb this information and trying to get my question out I was treated with such rudeness, short and curt answers, at one point I asked to allow me to get my question out; a very unpleasant "Customer Service" interaction. I went back to the boiler plate return policy and did in fact see "Prices on exchanges will be based on website price at the time the exchange was requested." However, since I did not see the very important part of the return policy it would have been helpful to have included in their email to me regarding the return directions that the website price for this exchange is now $44.80. Instead I get an email requesting my credit card information without any explanation. I understand the policy, I am really disappointed in the communications of their emails and the encounter over the phone with their customer service rep. I have learned a valuable lesson through this experience, to take the time to read every single word of any return policy and when in doubt call. If any one plans on calling this company I would say take pause. I will not deal with this company in future, for the simple fact that their communication via Email and interaction over the phone is a major deficit.

Every time I order Jobst compression stockings I receive something different even though I order by the number and other info on the box of the previous order. (Except this time I ordered opaque instead of sheer.) The current order looks great with the possibility of lasting longer and being less prone to "running".

However after wearing for one day with normal activity - the compression is less than I am used to and these stockings do not have the extra "garter" feature at the top causing the stockings to slide down during the day - a lot!

Would be nice if you could expect consistency as these are not cheap and compression is the key word here!
