I was unable to return my stockings due to them being on "clearance" sale. I've ordered in the past and they worked out. This particular time unfortunately I overlooked the return details and now have stockings I can't wear and out the money.

Am not impressed with the delivery of my order. I live in a condo bldg that has a parcel post box for items delivered for postal workers put parcel in and leave key in my mail box so I can retrieve it. I realize there is a charge for delivery, however, I was home that day and no one knocked at my door. Now I have to drive to an another location and,pay to park in an area I'm not comfortable in to retrieve my parcel. Not happy!

These stocking are nicely weaved, love the feel but the elastic around the top is very tight, makes for poor circulation for my legs and I was looking for stockings with a lot more give. I have no idea how tight my second pair is going to be. The A-B-C in ordering the stockings are not explained what they stand for so I could have ordered the wrong width or strength of the stockings.
This is a tube stocking. It does not have a "reinforced roomy toe box nor reinforced heel" as stated in the description on the item.

I paid extra for RUSH 2-5 day shipping because I was flying home from visiting my daughter and needed the stockings for the plane flight. Package didn't arrive on time. Customer service was rude and refused to refund the $9.95 shipping charge. Their shipping policies are not the same as what you see when you go to place an order, which is misleading. The shipping policy page says RUSH shipping is 3-6 BUSINESS days, not 2-5 days as it appears when you go to place an order. That's a huge difference! I told them they should thank me for pointing out the discrepancies and misleading information so they can fix the problem and not confuse future customers. Unfortunately it's too late for me and they have lost me as a customer.
Ordering was easy. Doing full return of product for store credit. Items were shipped several days ago shipping cost just under $12.00.
Been using these for a long time. Dr prescribed and he likes that I am happy with them.

The Juzo Expert compression glove I received had much shorter fingers than what was pictured on their website. I was completely frustrated with the very poor customer service not just once, but with multiple people via email, and also via phone. They were not respectful, even rude, and I got hung up on by the same male, twice, on purpose, I now know seeing others comments/reviews. Their website says "Our knowledgeable team of Certified Fitters are here to help you - standing by to answer your questions during regular business hours. Feel free to ask about compression stockings' sizing, measuring, compression levels…". And when I tried to do this I was told by the male customer service person they were not available. I then asked if they could call me back when they were and he told me they could not. This person then tried to tell me to order a size up, but he couldn't guarantee that would be a good fit either. I informed him that is why I wanted to speak to the "Certified Fitter", and he still would not allow me to do this. As a licensed Physical Therapist and private consumer, I will not recommend this company to my patients or anyone due to the very poor customer service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
