Admittedly, when I used this site for the first time, it was my first time shopping online. I was a little intimidated at first, but I really needed to get a pair of compression stockings that my doctor recommended for me. I had trouble finding them out and about, so I ended up checking to see if I could find the on the Internet. Thankfully I did. All I had to do was type the name of the product into the search section on their website, and it came up immediately. I then decided to add them to my cart immediately because the price seemed fair, and checking out was very very easy.
Thanks for making a senior feel comfortable using the Internet to buy a product he needs!
I wonder if I could turn them into the FBI for Internet store fraud? No free shipping advertised, did not let me approve the purchase on pay pal did not show shipping price until after it went thru. I tried to show a friend the next day what happens, it automatically accepted the payment. I saw it was authorizing I tried everything in my power to back out, I couldn't get away from it. I emailed three minutes later told them. They said my order had already shipped. I was sent a tracking number but not a confirmation that it had been shipped. Then this Melissa bright told me that it was not their fault that I accidentally bought the product. I'm reading that this has happened to many many people. I wonder how much money they are making on these false charges.
I had called this company about a question regarding a pair of athletic socks and after a few moments on the phone with someone, they told me that they didn't actually know the answer to my question off-hand. And, actually, I really appreciated their honesty on this.
Instead of just ending the conversation there or putting me on hold for an indefinite amount of time, they politely asked me if they could promptly call me back with the answer. They gave me the option to put me on hold, of course, but I much preferred them calling me back - that way I could go about my business in case it took them a while to retrieve the answer.
They ended up calling me back all of 3 minutes later to get me the information I needed. The whole interaction was polite, speedy, and in a get-the-job-done-right sort of way.
I purchased a posture support. Despite measuring as advised by Commpressionsale, the item did not fit. I tried it on to verify. I tried it over clean clothes. It did not touch skin. I repackaged it in the original packaging and was informed it could only be returned for store credit (at my expense). Since much of their product is size sensitive I do not intend to do business with this company again.
It took them a while to process the order. Very slow delivery. Even after they said they shipped it, it took 8 days. When the order arrived I noticed it was a wrong order (which was my bad), but dealing with customer service was a nightmare. They were rude. Also careful that most of their items cannot be returned.
Training and understanding of the product was lacking. Product itself could've had a wider choice of range in size, color, size in toe less

Nothing makes me happier than Googling something you're looking to buy, finding a site that has it, and then getting around that site without any problems. One thing I was really, really, really impressed with was the fact that compressionsale definitely has it together when it comes to this. You can shop by compression level, gender, brand, etc. The way they've laid things out, makes it easy to find something immediately, or just browse aimlessly, until you stumble upon something you enticing that you might want to have delivered to your door. I was so happy to find that they had the Dr. Scholl's pair I was looking for, at just the right price. I had shopped this site long before these guys carried Dr. Scholl's, but now that they do, I DEFINITELY won't go elsewhere. From the site layout to the prices, this is really my one-stop-shop for all socks and compression related things.
I don't want to spend the time it would take to detail my problems with this company.
Suffice it to say, their customer service is the worst possible in every way.
I will never ever do business with them again.
I see that the petition to get their site removed from Google searches has almost half enough signatures to accomplish that, so I encourage people who have had awful experiences to sign that petition so others searching for these items won't be referred to this company with such awful/no service with returns! It shouldn't take weeks to get a return authorization number!
When I wanted to exchange some stockings for a different size, the company made it quick and easy by doing everything through email. All I had to do was fill out the online form, thereafter I was given instructions by email. The exchange process was pretty quick, unlike with other companies. I am a very busy person and I appreciated the prompt email responses. Great company to deal with, it is always a pleasure.
Despite the misleading "friendly" return policy on the web page. The policy is actually very restrictive: items must be in original box, you pay to return, you pay restocking fee, etc. None of the customer service reps will tell you this: in fact, I paid the postage to mail an order back and it was rejected because the items were not in the original packaging.
Finally an e-commerce site where it's easy to find the products you're looking for! I was so pleased to discover that it only took me a matter of seconds to find just what I needed. I was even more pleased when I found that checkout was super easy too. I can't tell you how many times I've tried to checkout from a site, and I kept coming up with different error messages. Some of them aren't as "smart" as this checkout procedure, I've found. Anyway, it's a great site, and I've enjoyed using it for it's efficiency.
I am very disappointed in these. I bought the same ones before and they were fine but these 2 prs do not stay up. I also would have preferred the natural color. I think I will try other brands and see if I like them better
Just purchased like 6 months worth of socks on the website! Socks are so expensive, and I'm glad I finally found a site where I could buy them, and not have to go out and purchase them every couple weeks! I'm constantly losing socks in the process of doing laundry - I'm not sure what it is but it never fails - so it's nice to have tons and tons of socks available in bulk!
Do not order from this company. Unprofessional and terrible customer service. I ordered an item with next day delivery. A week later I still have no email to stay the item has even shipped, but they have already charged my credit card including the $29.95 next day delivery fee! I no longer need the stockings as I had to purchase a pair somewhere else. Customer service don't even know if they have shipped yet. The company clealy does not understand how next day delivery works! It has taken 2 emails, one online chat and 2 telephone calls to get them to "request" a full refund. I have little confidence that I will get this.
Run from this company! The customer service, including the manager Melissa Bright is unbelievably rude and charges are added including postage and restocking fee for an order never received. I have lymphedema and have ordered from this company many times and would be a lifelong customer. However, if there are any issues, they do not respond with kindness or care, rather you are ant they will crush.
I ordered compression hose from this site as they were on sale. I paid for the upgrade shipment service. I receiving an email confirmation with my tracking shipment but there was no number attached. I waited 5 days and called Customer Service yesterday, they said it was going to go out yesterday and would send me an email. I never got the email with tracking. Called today and the customer service said he would send me the tracking number in 30 minutes. Never received that either. Was about to cancel my order but it was in the mail today. Would not order from them again just for the customer service issue. Product is what I ordered.

These stocking are nicely weaved, love the feel but the elastic around the top is very tight, makes for poor circulation for my legs and I was looking for stockings with a lot more give. I have no idea how tight my second pair is going to be. The A-B-C in ordering the stockings are not explained what they stand for so I could have ordered the wrong width or strength of the stockings.
This is the only company I have ever had a real problem with. They stonewall in "live chat" after you return an item and of course, there is no refund. I returned an unused, untried on pair of Jobst Stockings in the original box, went through the return directions and they will not refund my money or any portion of the sale.
I will not deal with them again so please beware of this company. It's no wonder they have a D+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. I'm only out $27.99 but this is inexcusable.
I've been purchasing medi for a long time on this site, but when they stopped carrying them, I was left looking for another kind. I ended up going with sigvaris, and I finally realized it was the better choice! Sometimes when you get in a particular routine, and you're comfortable with something, you never venture further to discover something better. What I'm wearing know is truly the superior product, and I don't think I could ever go back to what I was wearing before. There are so many things I benefit from, and I'm so glad I can get it anytime, in abundance on this site!
