I paid extra for RUSH 2-5 day shipping because I was flying home from visiting my daughter and needed the stockings for the plane flight. Package didn't arrive on time. Customer service was rude and refused to refund the $9.95 shipping charge. Their shipping policies are not the same as what you see when you go to place an order, which is misleading. The shipping policy page says RUSH shipping is 3-6 BUSINESS days, not 2-5 days as it appears when you go to place an order. That's a huge difference! I told them they should thank me for pointing out the discrepancies and misleading information so they can fix the problem and not confuse future customers. Unfortunately it's too late for me and they have lost me as a customer.

I bought these for my 101 yo father because of his leg swelling. He sits in a chair a lot even though he is still quite mobile which causes his legs to swell more than usual. He says he really likes them. He has no trouble getting them on. My only problem when ordering the stockings was determining the correct size. His leg were swollen so his measurements were so off from the chart. I had to guess but don't think anything can be done about that. I will buy again.

My doc want his patients to wear compression stockings after knee surgery. I got the thigh high and they do not roll down while you are wearing them. There is a wide band at the top so it does not cut into your leg, So much better than the ones the surgery center put on me after my knee surgery! I would highly recommend this Jobst brand of medical compression stockings!

I weigh 230 and I'm 5'4" so I order the 3x which is what I normally wear and these are slightly big on me. But these compression socks are HUGE. The heel comes 3" over my ankles, and the tops come 5' over my knees! It was all I could do to get them on and panicked because there was no way I could get them off. I had to have help. These were made for a size 15 foot and 7' person. Unbelievable. Their return policy doesn't allow me to return them without losing most of my money. This is my second pair, and the first didn't fit any better.

I recently purchased 3 pair of crew socks. I pulled a pair out of the box & didn't care for the feel of the sock. So I called to get an authorization number to return the socks and they wanted me to exchange or get a credit for future purchase. I didn't want that I just wanted my money back. Then they said there would 25% handling charge. How does one know what the product feels like without making a purchase. So, I spent about $32.16 the socks less $8.04(25%) plus $10.65 for USPS(Return within allotted time/tracking). Bottom line it costs me about $13.47 and I have nothing! I just called AGAIN, and was told that this thing would ship next week – again, that was a lie because it's the same thing I've been told every time I call!

They have had my money for a month and a half now, it was this company's error sending the wrong replacement, and I still do not have the product.

I want some courtesy and would like whoever in management has the guts to make a decision to give my money back! If it's not available, tell me that. I now am not getting answers to multiple emails, and
Am being told the same story each time I call, that it would ship the end of the week.
