So many choices of knee highs. I would have to order one of each to know which I like best. I wish there was a store I could go to. I talked to someone on the phone a copule of weeks ago and thought I had ordered pantyhose and knee highs, but it turned out she said I'd have to order custom hose for what I was looking for - no one could tell me the LENGTH of the hose. And now two weeks later and nothing in the mail, I am BACK ONLINE and having to order. All very frustrating I"m afraid. I'm a nurse and I am trying to find the perfect pair I can live with the rest of my life so I don't have to keep doing this.

Horrible customer service would not give me information over the phone and tried live chat 3 times and they said to call What the heck?
Confusion about shipping cost
This was really easy to use
Tried to return the unopened product the day after I received them. "I am sorry but refund isn't an option" I re-read the return policy disclaimer, and buried in it, is the policy about the brand I bought. This site needs to make the buyer aware at checkout or before if they can get a money refund or not. It's deceiving when it's not mentioned up front. I would not have bought them if I had known. I should have read the bad reviews prior to buying.

Socks arrived in a timely fashion. However, the 5 pr. Of socks I received were size X-LARGE not LARGE as I clearly ordered. I do not know if they actually have size LARGE as the website states. I was very disappointed. I was never told that they would switch the X-LARGE for LARGE. So the information on their website is probably wrong.

I thought I would be able to view the espresso and the charcoal stockings, but could only view the black.
I would never recommend this site to anyone. Customer service reps are extremely rude and some of the companies' practices are dishonest. Save yourself a lot of anxiety and stay away from them.
The site was suggested by my physician and I found it to be very easy to surf to find exactly what I needed. The pricing is very reasonable and I love the stockings!
