This is the second time I'm ordering these compression stockings but in a different color. Very easy to order on-line.

Once I figured out the quick easy way to order and measure it was great to compare all in 1 location.
Just wish exchanges and returns were more easily streamlined with RMA or packing slip included if any returns. Then order new items needed would be faster less confusing way of getting exchanges.

THE THIGH HIGH SOCKS FEEL GREAT AND SEEM TO BE DOING WHAT I WANT. GREAT PRODUCT.

This is the worst place to order from. DON'T DO IT! I made a return/exchange which took about a dozen emails before that was completed. Then we received the replacement items only to have them be the wrong sizes. As I am typing this I am live chatting with the company who now can't even find this order. WORST!

Pretty easy to use site--- not my first time!

When ordering it was unclear if the order was for both legs. Called and was told 2 separate orders had to be done --that was incorrect.

Your web site is very hard to use Why don't you provide a search option where a customer can input the item number they want rather than search thru 48 pictures? Too easy to order the incorrect item, and makes re-ordering hard to do

I originally bought 2 pair I thought would fit. The 15-20 was had to get on so I returned the 20-30. Also, the 15-20 was too long. I ended up ordering an LXP. Customer service has been awesome!

A bit confusing the first time ordering

Kept getting notices it was on the way and it didnt arrive as planned by USPS updates

Shopped here for years. Always fast. Products fine. I need large socks. Had trouble getting them all the way on. Goodstuff though.

Never a problem with my order

The chat box crawling across the screen is, at best, distracting, and most times, extremely annoying. If I require assistance, I am quite capable of asking for it.

We could not get through on the phone and the live chat did not work well for us - timed out and second time no response.

Fast delivery for the product and it works!
