A great value. Delivery was in 3 days. Disappointed that my color choice of taupe was not available. Chose warm beige because I really needed the knee highs. Good quality and very comfortable to wear. Plan to buy again.

Compressionsale.com is the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. After one service rep "Melissa" (but not the one who is Melissa Bright) told me that she couldn't get through to me that they couldn't help me with my order, she hung up on me not once but 4-5 times. Sometimes she did not even answer the phone with a greeting. She just picked it up and hung up. When I finally got a tracking number, the item said is was being shipped first class USPS (free shipping route) and I paid for 2nd day Air. Melissa kept telling me she couldn't help what the manufacturer did on backorders and that's why I was unable to be helped. She didn't even listen to the fact that I was asking about the shipment method. When I finally got her to not hang up on me an angry male by the name of Eddie got on the phone and proceeded to tell me why I didn't have the order already. (Backorder - but today was the first notification of that condition). Finally I got him to look at the shipping method and his tune and tone changed. The tracker still only says a label for the package has been entered. I am worried whether or not it is going on to the post office.
Stay away! I should have done my homework first. I will next time.
