Had this place recommended by a friend. It was a SERIOUS mistake! I accidentally ordered the wrong compression strength and put in for a return/exchange request. Stated I needed the exact same thing in a lighter compression strength. The reply I received was So what do you want? Um, really? I answered and finished my return.

After over a week, I received an email that I had a store credit. Nothing about the exchangeand the credit was only for 25% if what I paid. I tried to follow up to confirm that an exchange was made and the credit was because the correct product does cost less. Instead I received another unprofessional reply (same person). As I was still in the process of figuring out was going on, the exchange made it to my door. EXCEPT, it was now the wrong size.

So, I tried to cash in my credit and start the exchange process *again*. Keep in mind this is now around a month after my initial order. What did receives was *another* rude comment (still the same person) on how it was my mistake. No help in the exchange. No help in cashing in my credit. Not to mention I have it print that the only thing I requested was a change in Compression strength.

Yeah, order elsewhere.

I bought 2 pair of compression stockings for $20/each. Both pair tore and ran when I wore them for the first time. Called their customer service and spoke with a very rude and unprofessional person who kept putting me on hold hoping I would just hang up I suppose. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she informed me that she was the supervisor. Horrible customer service and they do not stand behind their product. Order from another company as this one is a waste of your money.
